This looks pretty bad to me. If you need to play the rune cards AFTER putting this on the board, it's terrible. If playing runes earlier works, it's slightly better. Random 5-drops are not great, and Rainbow decks have been pretty inconsistent recently. They'll need to offer a lot of support for this.
