Since Reliquary of Souls is still the only 1-cost legendary minion in Standard, we're still guaranteed to get it from casting 1-cost spells with The Fist of Ra-den!

And, with Wandmaker, Devolving Missiles, and Primordial Studies, the tools from Scholomance Academy make the deck even more reliable to have quality 1-cost spells on hand. So, what about the games where we don't draw The Fist of Ra-den early? Well, Primordial Studies, Bloodmage Thalnos, and Lady Vashj all work exceptionally well in the deck, but they also make Ras Frostwhisper a lot more potent as well!
