Togwaggle Demon Hunter

You thought that King Togwaggle will not enter Demon Hunter's upper echelon? Boy were you wrong...

To preserve the permanent deck swap, you either:

• Play Zai, the Incredible to copy Emperor Thaurissan, play one copy in one turn and another one with Drakkari Enchanter a turn later
• Draw either Tog or [Hearthstone Card (Soulthief Azalina) Not Found] with Outcast Skull of Gul'dan - +1 respect if you draw both with Skull, if not then play Thaurissan once.

Then you play Tog -> Azalina to get a copy of King's Ransom, so if your opponent were to play one, you counteract by playing the copy.

This deck can actually draw 22 cards MINIMUM, so including a Soul DH package didn't hurt, as it allowed me to add some stalling tools and a lot of healing.
