Hey there! Very cool list. I'm playing around with something similar, and I have a few thoughts/questions on your list. The main difference being that I'm running x2 of Devouring Plague and Gift of the Naaru, which you have already mentioned you don't have. So I'll skip that and stick to the questions!

    1. I'm currently running 1 Raise Dead, but I can definitively see the benefit of running two. Playing an early Bloodweaver as a must kill threat (while also corrupting our Insights) is a much safer play with x2 copies. What I am curious about is running Raise Dead with x2 Draconic Stuides. IMO this card clogs your hand with unnecessary dragons (which while you're trying to go off with with Bloodweavers, they can steal essential discounts from your other spells). If you're just looking for discounts on Kazamacus + Malygoose I think replacing Draconic Studies with literally ANY other cheap spell while you're comboing off with Bloodweavers is better.

    2. Malygoose + Fortitude combo: I feel this package is lacking, especially as Maly really clogs our draw off Insight. Having Bloodweaver cost only 1 mana is ESSENTIAL to pulling off an early combo kill. Personally I'm running Auctioneer instead to repeatedly draw more cards rather than refilling my hand 1 time. I understand that Fortitude can reduce it's cost significantly, but why not play another card with a low cost WITHOUT having a conditional cost reductiion? Again, I am aware you can't run Gift of Naaru.

    3. Psychic Split: Do you find this fires enough times? I personally haven't tried it, and I would love to hear your thoughts on it's inclusion. There's been times where casting a non-discounted 3 mana Gift of Luminosity is back breaking, I could only imagine a 5 cost Split. On the other hand, I have accidentally killed my 1/1s with Devouring Plague in the early learning stages of the deck, perhaps the extra stats are worth while!

      1. I usually don't play Draconic Studies during the process of playing many spells with Nazmani Bloodweaver until I've drawn my dragons from the deck but in case I don't have my minions I play Draconic Studies for pressure or more value. Also because the pool of dragons in standard are quite good and getting any dragon from the spell I like.

      2. Personally I feel that the Auctioneer animation takes longer to give me the card, that's why I prefer Malygos and because my computer sometimes freezes when I play. On Power Word: Fortitude sometimes clogs me up and it's the first card I play on Nazmani Bloodweaver before Gift of Luminance but on the plus side I play Psyche Split on the Nazmani and it's another danger to the opponent.

3.To have more chances of double discount and generate pressure for the rival. Psyche Split is worth using, I recommend it.

To finish thank you very much that you liked it, people should take advantage of Kazakusan in miracle priest, I see it stronger. In druid I don't see it very powerful because it depends more on ramping to play it, although it has Solar Eclipse to take advantage of it.

Keep most spells don't waste them prematurely, depending on the situation keep in mind the minion you want discounted so don't play Draconic Studies until you've discounted your own minions.

In case you don't have one then you can already play it.
