Your 30 damage combo doesn't work.
You can't play a cultist and then play Floop to copy your hand. Floop is no longer Elise. Floop will now be a cultist.
This is similar to my deck, but you are going for a more rush to get Ra down. I like the low cost... Mine is more control.
