Uldum Quest Theorycraft

With Untapped Potential having the potential to be completed relatively early, this deck seeks to get maximum benefit from the upgraded Hero Power (Ossirian Tear) throughout the game. 

This deck features a number of Choose One buff cards like Mark of Nature and Mark of the Loa. Worthy Expedition also gives the opportunity for more Choose One to be discovered. The aim is to buff our minions with the upgraded Choose One cards. For example, after quest completion, Leeroy Jenkins plus Mark of Nature turns him into a 10/6 with Charge and Taunt. The deck also features a number of smaller minions like Crystal Merchant, Questing Explorer, Keeper Stalladris and Wardruid Loti who all benefit the quest package and provide cheap bodies that can be turned into larger threats. A discounted Rabble Bouncer also provides a good target for our spells. 

Defensive tools like Rabble Bouncer, Hidden Oasis, and Starfall help keep our opponent's board in check and our life total safe. 

There are a couple of changes that can potentially be made once I can see how this deck plays out. Archivist Elysiana helps survive into fatigue if it comes to that but if it turns out that this deck can close out the game before fatigue, then she can be cut. Tending Tauren is another one that I'm not too sure about as it might be too slow. It doesn't give the Taunt generation that Cenarius gives.
