Budget Elemental Shaman (Whizbang Theorycraft)

I like Elemental Shaman as a budget deck, especially if the Core set is giving us Kalimos, Primal Lord as top-end. It's a pretty fun curve, with Fire Fly filling in as 1-Drop with an additional body to keep the train rolling, and big mid-game payoffs like Minecart Cruiser and Living Prairie. If all else fails, we have multiple ways to give our Hero Windfury and buff his Attack with Turn the Tides for a pair of deadly punches.
