14.08.2019:

Playing with this deck for 2 days now. The Star Aligner plan works out quite often and won me some games. WR is slightly below 50% at rank 5.

The meta combo priest added some Lightwardens for agressiveness. I will make a similar transition to my deck with the following changes:

-2x Sandhoof, -2x Silence

+2x Lightwarden, +2x Extra Arms

Sandhoof was not as insane as expected and I dont feel like he carried some games. Lightwaren + Extra Arms will give an agressive start, as well as two extra 1-mana-minions which can be played with Amet.

14.08.2019 a few hours later:

The Lightwarden + Extra Arms includes were very good. However, I played ~100 games with this and the Rabble Bouncers are not really that great (the dream of double 0-mana Bouncers nerver come true) and paying 3-4 mana for each of them is not worth it. Changes:

-2x Rabble Bouncer

+2x Sandhoof (alternative: +2x Half-Time Scavenger)

Having strong 5-Health minions which can be buffed with Shield or Arms is more consistent than Bouncers. So this seems to be the flex / tech slot of the deck, rest seems pretty solid.

I throw the quest away in most matchups, because you dont need it turn 1. You can nearly insta complete it with a well timed Hymn, which then leads to an alternative win condition.
