N'Zoth the Mechanical Castaway?

This is a Deathrattle Rogue plain and simple.

It uses [Hearthstone Card (N'Zoth the Corruptor) Not Found]s battlecry taking him back with Shadowstep and using Togwaggle's Scheme to shuffle multiple copies of him in the deck.

Until then it plays as a tempo deck, with all the toys rogue usualy has aka Backstab, Eviscerate, SI:7 Agent and Southsea Deckhand.

The deathrattle package includes:
Rotten Applebaum (cheaper to Khartut Defender after two ressurections it doesn't fill the board like Khartut does)
Cursed Castaway (as a control tool an immediate impact minion sufficient at what it does and a way to draw cards and thin out the deck)
Mechanical Whelp (anti board clear minion)
Sylvanas Windrunner (autoinclude)
Bloodmage Thalnos (card draw and spell damage in one minion)

For card Draw we have:
Shiv, Fan of Knives, Raiding Party as the above mentioned Cursed Castaway and Bloodmage Thalnos

Pharaoh Cat was chosen over Swashburglar as most reborn minions are of good quality.
SI:7 Agent can be swapped for EVIL Miscreant and one Shadowstep or Backstab for Preparation

It is a fun and consistent deck
Hope you like it

Anka really only benefits the whelps, you could likely replace it with Vial to be more proactive
