We're aware of and investigating an issue preventing MacOS players from starting Hearthstone after updating to the latest 19.2.1 patch. We’re hoping to have a fix out for this later today.

1/8 Update: This issue has been resolved. MacOS users may see a larger than normal download when updating to the 19.2.1 patch.
