Dragon strikes fill both Shyvana's and LeBlanc's flip condition

Use Demacia / Noxus spells to grow dragons

Use Legion Veteran an Ruined Dragonguard to grow dragons greatly

Use LeBlanc and Black Rose Spy produce more dragons
