Shivana midrange

Inspired partially by Hawktie it's been tweaked heavily to be more to my liking.

Another card being slept on is paddle star, 4 damage at 3 mana is great, along with single combat that's pure tempo removal

Opponents have to race when you play shivana, it's just how it goes.
