Blink Fox is a Caster Mercenary. They were added in the 21.4.0 Mercenaries 1st Public patch which was released on Sept. 16, 2021.

Blink Fox - Mercenary Equipment

Comments
Mind thief is fun and Mana blink could be very useful. Blink fox is also one of the few Beast mercs, which could be important in some comps.
I can see him being used outside of arcane/beast builds, just because Mana blink is so strong.
It seems odd to have all these heroes, even the fact they are allowing cross-IP heroes (like Diablo), yet we have.....a random Blink Fox as a hero.
Maybe all Blink Foxes are one Blink Fox, and its name is ... Blink Fox.
Blink Fox looks like a "combo" character, and not just because of the Arcane Combo on Arcane Fling. Mana Blink allows for some crazy stuff, double-tapping enemies with your best abilities. The Speed bonus is certainly appreciated, as well. It'll take some timing to get it all off correctly, but when you do...watch out. Beyond that, Mind Thief seems like a lot of fun, allowing for things that are simply not possible otherwise (like using boss abilities).
All-in-all, I don't know if I'll use Blink Fox myself, but they seem intriguing and fun for those who like that sort of thing.
