As a 7-Drop, this card is decent. Treasures are really great, and choosing them is even better. However, in combination with Dorian this card is exceptional. I imagine that a lot of Reno decks and other slow decks (most of which are already running Dorian for extra value) will slot this in immediately. At worst, I see it as an extra value generator for control decks that will excel in that role. At best, it's going to enable some powerful combos and maybe might get Dorian nerfed.
One question: do you get to choose from all four treasure, or do they give you only three choices. Because the difference between guaranteed instant Wondrous Wand and 75% chance of Wondrous Wand does matter.

It doesn't say "Discover", it says "Choose". Based on prior usage of the term, it should allow you to pick from all four.
This card is run in almost every deck on ladder right now. While I like it when free stuff is actually useful, I dislike it when they design stuff that gets predictably nerfed. Let's enjoy him while we can, I guess.

Look a lot better than the original Marin. Though I think only the draw 3 cards and make them cost 0 treasure is good nearly 100% of the time.
