Severe Performance Issues

So, I have been struggling with a terrible internet connection lately but at least Hearthstone still worked. It would only maybe crash once on startup and afterwards be fine.

However, since sunday, maybe 1 out of 5 attempts gets me into the main menu; loading my collection may require up to 5 minutes and attempting to start any game tosses me out of the game for good. I know part of my issue is the internet but that is a problem that has gone on longer than these severe issues.

Is anyone else having trouble similar to this?

  • And now on the regular when I actually manage to get into the game, Hearthtone will have deleted all my basic cards, making 90% of my decks unplayable. If I ever get past 10-minute loading times, that is. THis can't just be because of a bad connection, right? Like, it's stil lgood enough to watch youtube videos without buffering...

  • There is a lot of stuttering.. And hangs.. Also game says reconnecting even though my Internet is working fine. 

  • yep, game's almost unplayable for me atm. Extreme framrate drops and random crashes

  • Small indie company can't even implement a mode without destroying everything else. Probably some of the data from Battlegrounds corrupts the normal hs data.

    Pitchfork gathering intensifies. 

  • i'm not really having problems on my phone when launching hearthstone.... Except when i go into a game with Sir Annoy-o the game really stutters, seems like the intro-animation (When your hero goes in the hero board slot when starting a game) for sir annoy-o is broken on mobile?

    • On PC when opponent has Sir Annoy-o animation is stuttering as well. At least on my PC...

  • Indeed, paradox is mobile seems fine now (finally, after weeks).

  • Every time theres a new patch or some major thing happens to HS the whole game goes to shit and yet ppl still pull the pikachu face.

  • For me the game crashes each time I click on Squelch. I'm playing on iOS.

      I'm having this same issue. It's really hard to break the habit of auto squelching opponent

  • I would be happy if only the game could open on mobile, as of today. 

    This is the only thing people are talking about on reddit.

    Don't the devs test stuff before updating???

  • Not only that but after the issues came up there are some hilarious bugs going on. Like this one

      oh that is actually extremly funny.... how do you even cause such a bug

  • I haven't been able to connect to the EU server for 24 hours now, Americas and Asia work just fine. Blizzard said on Twitter it should be fixed now, but for me it isn't. Anyone else having problems?

  • I can log in, but half of my decks are broken. It shows me 2/30 and stuff.

     

    Also i have a quest to play 2 battlegrounds that cant be done or rerolled. It just stays on 0/2 all the time.

  • There is this weird glitch where all of my free cards have tripled. I have 6 copies of all my basic cards, and I also have triple the amount of all of the wild cards that came back to standard. Every time I go to my collection there is the little dust symbol telling me I need to Disenchant some cards, but I can't because they are all un-craftable.
