Just a solid arena card that acts as a disincentives for the opponent to use their hero power due to the lost lingering until the hero power is used again. However, won't see play outside of arena.
Saboteur was a 3-mana 4-/3 that had the exact same effect but made the hero power cost 5 more instead of 3, and was a Rare card instead of an Epic. Wasted opportunity for a good Epic card, and I’d rather use Saboteur from the Grand Tournament any day than this card.
Have any cards like this ever been good in constructed? A very decent arena card, shame they made it an epic. Might have been interesting to play against the classic top arena classes Mage/Rogue/Palladin.
It is a good arena card but basically all it does is counter decks that don't want to float mana. And even then only sometimes... Solid arena card though
Just not good enough to see serious play. It has a solid body with a small upside, but +1 on manacost just doesn't cut it. Spellward Jeweler had the same stats, a better effect, and saw zero play. Even in wild against odd and even decks this is just not impactful. Since you can't stall the very early game, you can't even block Even Shaman or Odd Paladin (which isn't played anymore anyway) effective.

What's the matter with these neutral epics? This sucks ass. With so lame effect why is this even epic?
Well, now that an other expansion is released, this card may not be all that bad after all

I think it's a good tech card against quest decks, but otherwise it's just a spider-tank

Those hero power cards are always underwhelming, this one is no exception.
too much situational to be a good tech choice, it have good stats, but with all the power creep coming i doubt it gonna see much play besides arena.
Its an epic which you really dont want to open in your pack.

Only increasing the cost of the hero power 1 mana it's not good enough. I don't think any deck will run this card. It's OK for Arena
