I see the 1 Guardian Augmerchant, seems like a "I need filler", have you tried Grand Lackey Erkh? Seems like it might be a bit more Value since you're running a Lackey package in the deck.

This plays out the way you'd be used to, making use of Magic Carpet, but also Dark Pharaoh Tekahn if you can - and otherwise just playing Zoo like you doo.
Tekahn is perfect for us now in a deck that loves 1-cost minions to begin with, we just couldn't really afford (or maybe were too oppressed by other decks?) to play him and his accompanying package before. As a sub-6 cost, he works with Hand of Gul'dan, and this lackey package replaces underperforming cards anyway.
From the otherwise typical deck we ran before, I cut our two Flame Imps and Soulfires based on pure data saying they sucked if played at all.
You're either playing those Soulfires out of desperation, or I guess you're finishing someone off with 4 damage? Maybe? - In which case, yikes!
Finally, I cut Zephrys because we all know he's awkward in this archetype. Data screams that if he's ever played at all, the outcome is usually bad.
I'm not sure about Frenzied Felwing. Possible cut.
May add mulligan stuff but honestly, use HSReplay and when in doubt, hard mull for Hand of Gul'dan/Imprisoned Scrap Imp.
A note on Jaraxxus: I know we had dreams of him, but obviously he doesn't work in this deck. I did try him though, for science, and I'll admit it was a little fun to Expired Merchant discard him and play 3 of him. I lost.

I'd just run the Shieldbearer version if you can't craft.
