Well....I mean....he exists?
I have no idea how to properly use this. He's essentially a 1-mana ping that can be reused multiple times as long as you have spells. At the same time....does that accomplish anything?
I guess it could help slower, spell-heavy decks to contest the board early....although awkwardly.

if not this card is just terrible, but I would assume so
Most likely. From what I understand, Spellburst works like Divine Shield and Reborn.
Right now unplayable, because every class can pull 1 mana deal 2 out of their ass every turn
Maybe when those rotate it will see play. Or maybe if they release more spamable spells in the set. But right now it's pretty lackluster.
