There are dyes available that are safe for dogs as its an entire line of products that exist just for them, but I'm in the same realm of just don't do it. If people want to and they use the correct products for it then that's okay, but animals can't make that choice themselves so doing it for them doesn't seem fair.
Inspire's issue is that at the time (and even now) hero powering is usually a sign of a "bad turn". And often the card would have a weak inspire effect. Take for example take Recruiter.
...
Right, and none of that is a problem with the keyword as much as with the balancing of specific cards (which happened to be nearly all inspire cards specifically :P). But Phase Stalker and Dragonbane demonstrated the effectiveness of the keyword when applied to appropriately powerful minions.
Using the hero power doesn't generally equate to a bad turn though. A low tempo turn, yes, but even then only really with base 2-cost hero powers, and even then it's not rare for that to be part of your overall game plan... well, back when we had some long games anyway. Besides, there are so many ways good ways to change hero powers or make them cheaper now, and we have DH which begins with a hero power that is designed to be easily slotted into turns. Both Lowly Squire and, more importantly, Spawn of Shadows have shown TGT was just lacking the actual hero powers to make inspire worthwhile. So I've long felt like inspire is a keyword that has aged really well, even though most of the cards it's attached to haven't. It was just ahead of its time I guess.
If they limit it perfectly per HS account, I would think: "No." (though I hope it will work)
However, my side question is: "Can we obtain both packs by 'watching' the streams on both Twitch and YouTube simultaneously in just 2 hours time?" (this would be very useful information since the event window is just 6 hours in total and I will experiment)
EDIT: This article has been updated with information stating that there are NO YouTube drops unfortunately and the event window lasts 36 hours.
I'd argue twinspell is better than echo for being made evergreen because it isn't limited to 1-3 mana cards and hence has much larger design space worth exploring over a long period of time. While echo has popped up a few times outside Witchwood, its too narrow to really be common.
That being said, I'd expect either inspire or magnetic to be the one being made evergreen. Inspire is open-ended enough to make sense in the game when there is a lot more support for hero powers than back in TGT, while magnetic is the only thing that distinguishes mechs from other tribes, so they probably should have it long term.
Inspire's issue is that at the time (and even now) hero powering is usually a sign of a "bad turn". And often the card would have a weak inspire effect. Take for example take Recruiter.
A 5 mana 5/4 by today's standards is horrible. Hell, we have 5 mana 5/6's that do something and still don't play them. Secondly. Requires you to use your hero power so it's "really" a turn 7 play. And on top of everything, it's a 1 mana 2/2 "inspire reward". (effectively making it a 3 mana 2/2 that is "free").
Inspire is a great idea mechanically, its just that it needed to have better effects attached to it. Or have inspire minions have lower stats and cost to have stronger inspire effects.
If the "Recruiter" card were printed today. I would make it a 3 mana 3/4, add a 1 mana 2/2 to your hand. This way it's used as a tempo play, and can then be inspired the next turn, or it can played on turn 5 to generate hand value.
Alternatively It could be printed as a 4 mana 3/4 with the keyword "Inspire: *Summon* a 2/2 squire" (that way you aren't paying for any costs from hand, but you are paying for an understatted body with a stronger inspire effect.
All her hero portraits show the typical head tentacles that Draenei have, but none of her actual cards do.
It's not that noticeable on her previous cards but on the new hero card it's kind of annoying. I thought they just don't care about inconsistencies because of the Scabbs thing but now they show that they do and now I'm annoyed.
Wow, this competition is moving slow. I was going to wait for feedback until there were enough cards to make a good post and that took quite a while, but I'm glad to finally be able to get there.
Wailor
Nice overall. The effect isn't too intrusive, but it can still disrupt your opponent badly when used at the right time. I like it.
BloodMefist
Great idea. Balance I'm not too sure about, though it does rely on your opponent needing to use their Hero Power and ideally against a deck that wants to use it a lot which I think works well for it.
MenacingBagel
I'm gonna have to agree with everybody else here and say that this does nothing for me. The art for the first version does not fit Hearthstone at all and the effect in general just seems way too weird to work.
Neoguli
I'm not exactly the biggest fan of "Marin the Fox but different". At least Toggwaggle was a bit different in that he just skipped the Treasure Chest entirely and let you choose a Treasure. The card otherwise is fine though.
DestroyerR
I think the effect is a neat idea, but it doesn't really feel like a Paladin card to me other than the artwork. I feel like it could very well just be a Neutral card.
Arkasaur
I do think the card design is a bit too narrow since it, on baseline anyway, only affects Mage and Hunter. Use as a tech card for Hero Powers from hero cards and such is fine, but then it should exist in a set where those cards actually exist. It is a little bit weird to have both this and Overconfident Orc in the same set when the latter has the same stats, cost, Taunt, and is generally just a better card most of the time.
Anchorm4n
A simple, but fine idea. I think you could possible phrase it as "Battlecry: Your opponent's Hero Power costs (1) more this game" to avoid the overlapping problem.
I do see the 1/1/4 statline as slightly controversial which is why I thought about changing it anyway.
BasilAnguis
A funky idea, but I do agree that it's too risky to use for the comp.
Based on the mechanics of the mode, I think it would be a waste of resources to have a dedicated team for it. All that Arena needs is balance work, and they can do that based largely on data collected soon after a new season starts.
Since Echo, Inspire, Recruit and Twinspell all are used lately with different wording, my guess would be Magnetic. Adapt was cool, but feels more exclusive to it's own expansion.

What? This happens ALL THE TIME in Hearthstone.
Confirmed: The developers do not actually play the game.

Question about honor
Yeah, But It got me confused when the New rank gave me the "Card obtained" notification.
Thank you very much for all your answers!
Question about honor
True, so ultimately it does not affect the eventual outcome of obtaining the golden legendary.
It is just that the previously already acquired honor points are not counted towards the rank progression which is just for bragging rights anyways.
