The effect basically bounces between players, buffing each one up turn by turn. It can also sometimes act as a soft lock for the enemy hero power if they don't want you to deal more damage to them, they can't use it.
Edit: Not sure if this counts as a symmetrical effect or not, in my head it didn't but now i'm thinking it might.
Bit late to the party this week. I'm following Arkasaur's example and go with a simple approach. Let me know what you think! Will add feedback later today myself.
Sidenote: I'm struggling with the textbox a bit. If I make the font smaller than -2, the text gets split into 4 lines. I tried adding an empty line at the bottom, but that looks weird as well. Guess I'll just go with -2 and accept the overlap with the Attack and Health symbols.
Funnyly enough, the textbox works out well if I give the card the Highlander treatment, so that's defintely an option if you people think the card's too powerful.
LoR art lead shared some concept art of the Aberration on Twitter and confirmed that it's NOT Void ("Ionian Spirit Realm aberration who feeds off of material energy") so that settles it.
I hear that the only way she plays hearthstone is by sitting on a carved wooden throne, looking imperiously down upon her tablet, and occasionally smirking, ever so slightly, at the curious struggle of her opponent.
It’s going to remain the same. Aggro and Combo will remain supreme while control/midrange are left to eat shit. Aggro will still be able to race down control decks because the new tools they are given cost too much and they will still have 0 game against combo decks and questlines.
Much better Initiation (though that's not hard,) it seems alright for holding off board aggression if you can get the Honor Kill consistently, and also as a sneaky way garner extra value out of your own Deathrattle minions.
Also ranking this at 3 stars seemed pretty appropriate.
Satyr Overseer 2.0, really good if you had a weapon on 1 and curved into it, and still pretty decent turn 3+ with a Hero Power to immediately activate it.
If it worked like Deck of Lunacy and replaced the minions with ones of equal cost and then discounts them, this might be pretty good... But alas, it's completely random, so you're more likely to put together a mismash of (0) or (1) costed minions that don't provide much other than stats... Though now that I put it that way, Shroud of Concealment is looking pretty appealing with this.
The interaction with Maestra of the Masquerade and drawing your Rogue cards is funny, but I don't think it's quite enough for a Thief Rogue to last more than a few weeks of the meta.
I've gone with a fairly simple design this time, making a fairly efficient defensive minion that has some additional upside against mage, hunter Shadow Priest and mixed effects against Warlock (it can be argued whether taking less HP damage is good or bad). It would also be relevant against some of the upcoming Hero Cards as Warrior, Shaman & Priest hero powers also start dealing damage.
There's also some Taunt synergies that exist in warrior (Glory Chaser, Bulk Up), and high-health synergies in priest (Bless) that could make use of this minion while disrupting the opponent.

linkblade91 - I prefer the "disable it for 3 turns" version, its cleaner wording.
Wailor - a really interesting effect. If they use their Hero Power on their turn, would you still be able to use it? or would it only be available if they hadn't used it?
Demonxz95 - A nice design fitting for DH. I think its already in a good spot to submit.
BloodMefist - A cool idea. I could see this being fine with its statline as is. Low tempo, but still relevant in matchups where the Hero Power is strong. AS for wording "Your opponent's next Hero Power also summons Fiona Lorn for you." could work.
MenacingBagel - Also think the rush version is better, but I think this is still a bit weak. It could probably disable the opponent's Hero Power whenever it attacks instead of having to sacrifice its attack to do so.
Neoguli - cool idea to bring the treasure chest back. I think the balance is good at the moment, though it might be a bit unimpactful. But as a fun-oriented card, it looks excellent!
DestroyerR - I really like this one. I think the downside is large enough (most upgraded Hero Powers will either outright kill this, or be able to ignore it), that it could reasonably have 3 health.
With how many attack buffs Demon Hunter has, getting an Honor Kill with this is actually pretty easy. Would DH rather run more specialized weapons, absolutely, but it's still a solid alternative for aggressive decks to run.
Actually hard to place in some Big decks like Paladin or Warrior which want bigger bodies to pull out of Commencement or the like, but nevertheless very valuable for decks that naturally plays high-costed minions. Any spell that draws lowest cost minion (oh hi Call to Adventure) could potentially break this card, but ultimately I think the decks themselves will be too highrolly being dependent on drawing Vanndar to work.
Actually on further thought I feel like this has to be played in Ionia right? As much as it hasn't seen play thus far I feel like a game plan like this NEEDS to have that Ionian landmark with the recall generating effect.

New Rogue Minion - Double Agent
Nice bit of stats and bodies on board if it goes off, but pulling it off consistently is what trips me up.
New Demon Hunter Weapon - Dreadprison Glaive
With how many attack buffs Demon Hunter has, getting an Honor Kill with this is actually pretty easy. Would DH rather run more specialized weapons, absolutely, but it's still a solid alternative for aggressive decks to run.
New Hunter Minion - Ram Tamer
Solid curve after a Secret in theory, but I'm not sure if Face Hunter wants to run secrets just to get a better than average minion.
New Rogue Minion - Coldtooth Yeti
Actually pretty powerful on Coin or with Foxy Fraud on 3. Solid card for Tempo Rogue decks to consider.
New Neutral Minion - Drek'Thar
Call to Arms on a stick sounds good. And already proven to be quite good in aggro and certain combos.
New Hunter Minion - Mountain Bear
I'm not quite seeing Big Beast Hunter working out, though to be fair this is a pretty good stopgap if you can cheat it out.
New Neutral Minion - Vanndar Stormpike
Actually hard to place in some Big decks like Paladin or Warrior which want bigger bodies to pull out of Commencement or the like, but nevertheless very valuable for decks that naturally plays high-costed minions. Any spell that draws lowest cost minion (oh hi Call to Adventure) could potentially break this card, but ultimately I think the decks themselves will be too highrolly being dependent on drawing Vanndar to work.
