I guess a large part of why there is such broad appeal for this sort of thing, even outside Asia, is that school is the one thing (nearly) everyone can relate to. Schools vary, as do uniforms, but many of the things you see happen are more or less universal.
Behind the magic, weapons, and anime tropes there are people we recognise in settings we recognise reacting in ways we recognise. I don't even play LoR or LoL, so I barely know the characters themselves, but I do know the people they are representing. For example, I never actually saw a food fight at school, but I certainly saw people (myself included) try to handle noisy, chaotic environments the same way Leona is depicted here.
In contrast, my ability to relate to yet another image of a badass caught in the middle of some badassery is limited. Yeah they look cool, but that's as deep as the attachment goes.
While I like Yoggish stuff, I hate Yoggish stuff. Reminds me of Mayor Noggenfogger, but your opponent can't deal with it. Idea is very interesting btw.

3 mana 3/3 draw a card is strong. But this minion is not clearly related to Patrons. Because a new one copy of it can't summon another copy.

All token decks tied to board control. With this card you can go face and then "clear" the board for 0 mana. Without minions on the opponent's side it's 0 mana "give your minions +1 attack" btw.

Bringing back Kazakus spells is interesting, but this card has no downvotes. You rather trade this card then play it.

Interesting idea, but I don't like that it's "wherever it is". Because it grow itself and you don't need to mulligan it to keep in hand or buff it like K'Thun.

Card is fine, but flavor is not. You got dwarfs at first card, then brewmaster pandaren on second and elemental at third and all this in druid class. I think it's better to place a druid on first card's art.

I do expect a lot of "drunk" flavored cards in this competition, but this seems to be one of the best ways to achieve that effect since it still keeps some originality in its design. I am slightly worried about its RNG, but this is Hearthstone, so there's no shame in embracing it.

I don't feel too strongly about this card unfortunately. It is quite strong as a 3 mana 3/3 that draws a card, but it also has a potential upside on top of that. It's not quite in flavor of Patrons either since it seems to cap at one extra Patron as opposed to being able to string multiple of them together. Not that it needs it since the card is already very playable as is, but it takes away from the aspect of it being a "Patron" card.

The drinking-flavored cards seem to always flavor on being "tipsy" rather than being "rowdy", so I do appreciate this little change up in flavor that helps the card stand out. I think the Hearthstone community as a whole has learned to never underestimate the potential of any 0-mana spell and this one does seem quite strong to me as it does basically give your minions a pseudo-Windfury effect and a wide board buff.

I seem to remember this card. It's not extravagant for the comp, but it gets the job done.

I really like the Kabal flavor, and I like the potential for on-Trade effects, but this one is too strong. Kazakus's 1-mana spells are really good to get continuously like this and you don't even need to shape your deck around it in any way like the two Kazakus cards. I also don't ever see a reason to actually play the card as opposed to using it solely for the on-Trade effect without the intention to ever actually play it.

I quite like this concept, but in regards to the TGT watermark, I don't think you should use it specifically since "wherever it is" effects didn't exist until Whispers of the Old Gods.

I do see a problem with the card being Druid since they can ramp into this pretty easily and as soon as it's been on the board for a few turns, you can very easily stall your opponent out.
Taunt Druid is fun, but it can highroll so hard it feels dirty.

I just know I absolutely detested the KDA event (not just because of the KPOP themes, but because of the broken spells they introduced that wreaked havoc on the meta for awhile after.)
I like the saltwater scourge. It's a rogue-like element to card games. I think it's failing is the end boss always being gangplank. I think of they went with a truly random "map" with generated bosses/mini bosses it would be more exciting/repeatable.
That being said I play it every week for some bonus exp here and there.
Decks can now be marked as Favorites, and will display at the top of your Collection. No more sorting through dozens of meme decks (now they’ll all be at the top)!

Lets you bring in your backline heavy hitters while being extremely disruptive without having to sac anything.
I love the Leona skin, with her just trying to eat while a food-fight occurs around her. But what's with her meal: a burger + fries, a sunny-side-up egg, and some broccoli-lo mein dish? That's weird.

The original Lab of Legends is really fun and I’m surprised by how much I enjoy replaying it. Saltwater Scourge never clicked with me, though. If Reddit can be believed*, most (but not all) people agree with me on that. That means that lightning struck with one attempt but not their follow-up. Do they know how to make another good mode after seeing the response to the disappointment? I really don’t know.

Diamond 5 is my "goal" each month in Wild and Standard - anything past that is just gravy (I've made legend about a dozen times over the years). I play a few hours of battlegrounds a week, don't touch duels or arena (too cheap to "risk gold"), but I have a large enough collection to switch things up every day in constructed if I need to. The key for me is not taking it too seriously, and finding a comfortable rank floor where I don't mind getting stomped on once in a while. I really enjoy the collecting aspect of the game, I love incrementally adding to my collection, and I am really looking forward to mercs as a new mode next week

From a deck tracking point of view it is fairly similar, but it has more support for the non-standard game modes like Battlegrounds and Duels.

Libram Paladin is good, but it's old.
Face/Quest Hunter are good, but again, old.

I'm probably gonna get downvoted/reemed for this....but the skins themselves don't bother me, but rather the clear reference/inspiration on where it's drawn from just seem so....cringey? To me? I don't know if cringe is the right word but it's the best I can come up with right now.
What I mean is that the whole thing reeks of some schoolgirl outfit tropes.
Not to mention it checks off the "14 overused school anime" checklist. (Including the Ezreal with Toast in his mouth trope)

I like the saltwater scourge. It's a rogue-like element to card games. I think it's failing is the end boss always being gangplank. I think of they went with a truly random "map" with generated bosses/mini bosses it would be more exciting/repeatable.
