Meanwhile, some of the most powerful decks in Wild after nerfs: Quest Darkglare, Quest Hunter, Pirate Warrior, Ignite Mage. 3 nerfed decks out of 4. Quest Warlock merrily winning with Darkglare, Flesh Giant, Battleground Battlemaster like all three cards have been untouched.

Pillager rogue was already played last expansion though. Popularized by a Chinese player. It's just never been good so I don't see how it's changed now...

I was looking for something free to play. Found some Disguised Toast videos on building cheap Hunter decks.

Played a bunch of arena, because it was a good way for me to build up my card collection. Right from the start I refused to dust my cards until absolutely necessary. And as soon as I learnt that balance changes to cards meant full refunds, I hoarded cards until I could make use of that.

Achieved arena 12 win and Legend on my F2P before the ladder changes. 

I tend to not play during the hype of new releases because there's a lot of high rolling from new epics and legendaries. Wait for it to settle down.

My best win-streak is 94-10 in a whacky scenarios that I don't think anyone will ever be able to repeat. Not that I don't think someone can achieve 94-10 - but that I did it without getting Legend.

Prep Sprint, despite being available from the beginning, didn't become commonplace in Rogue decks until close to Naxx, if I remember rightly. It stuck around for quite a long time. Prep reduced by three mana back then, of course.

We merely dreamed of the kinds of card draw that are in the game now.

After my OoC success of finding a Hunter deck to deal with Darkglare, the news of The Demon Seed making it look like child's play had me going for an attempt to make a deck that can do alright into it without being a full-on Aggro or fast OTK, just as a present for Control players. :D

I love how they featured none of the actual powerhouses for wild since the tickle that quest warlock got didnt really change it i still go against that every second ranked match at least while i have seen none of the wild decks above.

I've increased the number of cataclysms because now that I'm thinking more about it it works with more cards than I originally thought.

There are some cards I do think need to be changed but there are certain cards I have clear deck building goals in mind.

Stellacorn and Tyarai function as alternatives to the core card sparklefly.

Concerted  is only a one off alternative to the core single combat.

I probably would be better off going with Genevieve and Cithria as my 6 drops but I want to see if I can consistently build board value with Yordle ranger with Inviolus vox as my alternative to ranger.

Basically aggro/midrange druid, aggro/combo warlock, aggro priest. 

No good control deck exists anymore.

If they pulled a Blizzard and censored cards like Hired Gun, Brash Gambler, Corina Veraza and Elise I would have agreed with you. But giving Caitlyn a new design so that she looks more like a cop and less like a Gogo dancer is not censorship.

Although the lack of top hat is regrettable.
