I do wish there was a way to add cards to your deck that you don't currently own, but I think it is asking a bit much to add cards to your deck that aren't in the game yet. Blizzard would have to update the client every day just to let us build decks that aren't even playable. I am no coder, but this sounds like far more hassle then it is worth.
Pretty decent if you have some kind of tutored draw that you can take advantage of. Proccing it with Taelen Fordring (not his name since the card tag didn'twork, but you know who I'm talking about) or Primordial Protector could be kind of interesting.
I suppose there are some non elemental shaman decks out there running some nature spells that might like cost reduction. Maybe you throw it out a turn before you want to pop off your nature spells in hand. I think Druids would want to just use Lady Anacondra instead.
The fact that those are the only two options you can conceive of is not an indictment of the folks advocating change, but rather demonstrates your lack of imagination or empathy. People advocate for aesthetic changes in videogames for many more reasons than being "out of touch attention seekers who are unhappy with themselves," just as people oppose these changes for more reasons than just being neckbeard incels who send death threats any time a woman appears on their screen with less than double-D cup breasts.
If you don't want to be reduced to that stereotype, maybe try to stop reducing the other side to a stereotype too.
In general I agree that the final dump is a bit much. I would like it if they revealed maybe 10-15 fewer cards at the end, and extended the reveal period by just a few days.
I like having the big live stream with lots of reveals, but the additional card dump at the end of the stream could be smaller. It's not really a big deal but I wouldn't mind having fewer cards dropped on us at once.
This card should be pretty darn good, especially in supporting the Questline. Don't forget that there are 2 SI:7 cards in the Core set, in addition to the new ones.
I don't like the idea of expanding the rating system. It adds additional steps to the voting process and doesn't really change the overall outcome. When voting, I already consider playability, balance, flavor, and execution, and add or dock stars how I see fit. Adding a different set of stars for each of those categories wouldn't change anything, it would just make it more complicated.
I don't think this will be much of card. That hand size restriction is just tough to work around. I suppose you could silence it yourself, but that feels like it would come back to bite you at some point.
Pretty good for the stickiness of having minions on board. I think there is even an achievement for rolling a legendary out of his drop. I think it sees some play here and there but won't be too overpowered.
I think this becomes a common tech card. The tradable aspect makes it so that you don't have to feel bad about having it in a useless situation. Considering some of the effects being introduced in this set, I think silence becomes a valuable thing.
I don't see many decks want to play this for the spell damage. Using the dormant phoenix gives you a better chance as you can set up for future plays and be assured that spell damage buff will be on board when you have the mana to play your desired spells.
New Neutral Minion - Stockades Guard
Average card. Decent for making something into a taunt. Maybe you use it on some of those high statted 'can only attack if' cards.
New Warlock Minion - Entitled Customer
Nice board clear that dodges Counterspell and Oh My Yogg!.
Also Really Annoyed w/ no Deck Building

New Rogue Minion - SI:7 Operative
I love this card. Immediate trade plus Stealth for another trade.
New Neutral Minion - SI:7 Skulker
Pretty decent if you have some kind of tutored draw that you can take advantage of. Proccing it with Taelen Fordring (not his name since the card tag didn'twork, but you know who I'm talking about) or Primordial Protector could be kind of interesting.
New Rogue Spell - SI:7 Extortion
Great card, even better because it's Tradeable.
New Neutral Minion - Florist
I suppose there are some non elemental shaman decks out there running some nature spells that might like cost reduction. Maybe you throw it out a turn before you want to pop off your nature spells in hand. I think Druids would want to just use Lady Anacondra instead.

Really Annoyed By Reveals
In general I agree that the final dump is a bit much. I would like it if they revealed maybe 10-15 fewer cards at the end, and extended the reveal period by just a few days.

New Rogue Minion - SI:7 Assassin

New Neutral Minion - Deeprun Engineer
Without having done my homework on what mechs are currently in standard, I don't see this being very impactful. Seems like some filler material.
New Priest Spell - Shard of the Naaru
Yeah, this seems crazy good compared to Mass Dispel.
WCDC Season 4 Suggestions

New Priest Minion - Twilight Deceptor
Great tutor card, easy to activate.
New Neutral Minion - Traveling Merchant
Looks pretty good for a zoo deck. Two minions on board and you've got yourself a 3 mana yeti. Maybe just arena bait though.
New Priest Spell - Void Shard
Interesting: this is Shadow, but Penance is Holy. I guess a card's name is more important for spell school than what it does.
New Priest Weapon - Shadowcloth Needle
More fuel for an OTK. Priest is looking scary!
When Clones Attack!
Yes still same a few months later...
New Neutral Minion - Package Runner
I don't think this will be much of card. That hand size restriction is just tough to work around. I suppose you could silence it yourself, but that feels like it would come back to bite you at some point.
New Priest Minion - Psyfiend
This card can do some real damage. Watch out for OTK Priests!
New Neutral Minion - Stubborn Suspect
Pretty good for the stickiness of having minions on board. I think there is even an achievement for rolling a legendary out of his drop. I think it sees some play here and there but won't be too overpowered.
New Neutral Minion - Royal Librarian

New Druid Minion - Vibrant Squirrel
Incredible as a turn 1, but I think this is really bad later on, don't think it'll see ton of play.
New Warrior Minion - Stormwind Freebooter
ah shit you're right
