This is such a cool deck, thanks a lot for sharing! I just went from Diamond 8 to 5 with this with only one loss where I lost my nerves and played a single Imprisoned Phoenix because I thought I was running out of time (turned out I wasn't). If it wasn't for the technical issue that leads to skipping your turn, this would easily beat the Tiller decks. I think this might actually end up T2 or so. Secret Mage is tough but then that deck has almost no weaknesses.
The one change I am considering is swapping one copy of Novice Engineer or Sorcerer's Apprentice out for a Fireball. Games against Warlocks tend to lead to them having 30 Health and 5 Armor from Bloodreaver and then the reach of the combo is not enough.
Yes, getting Nature Studies is the nuts now, but imagine living in a world where we could play discounted 1-manaFungal Fortunes. There would be ANARCHY everywhere! 😱
My advice on Aggro Rogue: When you’re regularly wielding weapons with 10 attack or more, then there is nothing you want more than another point of durability.Captain Greenskin absolutely provides more value than Jandice Barov. I also subbed 2x Shadowstep in place of Worgen Infiltrator mainly so that I can re-use Greenskin and Doctor Krastinov. That second substitution may be iffy - in my experience, I still have all the strength I could need in the early game, but it is sometimes harder to get the draw I need from Greyheart Sage. It’s working well for me so far, though.
I've been climbing the lower legend ranks with the exact same Spell Druid list since yesterday and it's really a blast. Simultaneously progressing through the new XP quest about summoning 120 Darkmoon Treants. Win-win situation! 👍🏻😄
Imagine this deck with pre-nerfed Fungal Fortunes, that would have been CRAZY !!
It's been a while since Control Priest stopped playing Galakrond - in the end, this isn't a meta where you need that much value generation, and since there's so much aggro Lesser Heal is better than Galakrond's Wit
I just reached level 200, which means 150 remaining levels (and 7500 gold) left to go until the finish line.
I spent 2000 gold to buy the mini set which was a decent deal. Let's hope they will keep this deal for future mini sets. It's also good that some more XP quests were added which helps out the levelling up a bit extra. Their dumb requirements are messing up my legend rank considerably though, but that's of less importance now.
What's your current progression? Do you like the mini set?
I just got to 104. The mini-set and new achievements have motivated me to be playing more again, so I have been speeding through the last few levels (I honestly don't even remember getting levels 100-103).
I used packs I had hoarded to get the mini-set, which went super well as I had all 4 of the new legendaries by the end of them, and the coolest 2 in shiny gold (I crafted golden Ivory before opening, but the golden Rustwix was out of the kindness of RNGesus). So that was 2000 gold saved!
I'm hoping the Rustwix warlock that is common at Diamond 5 will disappear soon so I can play him myself without feeling dirty about it. In the meantime I'm messing around with the achievements no one else at Diamond 5 seems to care about.
I always found quest warlock intriguing but that’s a new peak. You generally didn’t have enough cards to capitalize on your HP but now I’m dropping 0-cost primes turn after turn after turn. And the ways the games turn out are just hilarious. Every single one was highlight worthy. For instance, I just beat a rogue with 7 fatigue that played 4 Zephrys against me! Counter spelled his Bloodlust - thanks Solarian Prime
I cannot fault RIOT for pretty much anything right now. They are doing an absolutely amazing job with LoR. I don't think they have any big need to have a flashy championship. The game is in a very healthy place without it right now.
They did get Kibler for casting at the last tourney. Maybe eventually they can get him streaming.
So bad for Blizz Anduin is a main priest hero. So filler story. 2 training fights, 1 fight when we were captured, lol. 1 fight it's just talking with Jaina (like mk story in new games, lol) and 1 it's Varrian fight.
Also, 1 real fight with Garrosh in Pandaria and after him we just in BfA, omegaskip.
Waiting for Valira, who also omega filler.
P.S. oh, also. Priest identity so bad in hs that all priest decks except last one are inner fire priests with some bad cards, not even special interesting cards like were in Jainas and Garroshs stories.
Thanks for this article. There I was wondering what weird decks are on ladder yesterday. So far I´ve met FenoHS' Mozaki Mage, Pizza's Big Warrior and Leta's Prime Warlock thinking how interesting the decks were. Now I want to try them too, if I´m having the cards required.
Got to 50 yesterday, just as a few of you other guys. I ended up with Garrosh of Might, so I really hope there will be a Warrior deck I enjoy and can afford after rotation. :

Highly recommended! I will probably pilot it some more after finishing the other XP quests.

Technically you can still experience pre-nerf Fungal Fortunes if you play Nature Studies on 1

Yep, yep, yep... kinda yep, aaaand yep. That's aggro bingo! I can confirm it is still the Year of the Phoenix.

That is probably the biggest reason why Darkmoon Races cards were put in the DM Faire packs.

Insanely fun! Rocking 100% winrate at 4K legend ;) (3-0)
I outlasted a Tikkatus warlock with the insane amount of Primes that this deck is able to generate.

Shadow Word: Void
This spell is bugged. It summons Voidfiends equal to base health, without buffs.
