Getting this many 0 mana cards all at once is pretty huge. [Hearthstone Card (Dragonqueen Alexstraza) Not Found] had to be nerfed since those two 0 mana dragons were too much. Granted, this is a lot harder to pull off since you have to draw and play those cards, and we haven't seen a whole lot of corrupted cards yet, but I am still a bit scared of this cards power.

what does that mean? 1 random dead elemental, 1 random dead beast ...

That thing is just gross!  Thankfully it's a Legendary and you can only have one in your deck. The idea that Shaman could potentially use this after pinging the Heart of Vir'naal means a really nasty swing turn.  Then still having a mana left to Evolve in Wild.  

Think about after Pally drops the Libram of Hope and then all they have to show for it is a Searing Totem.  This card is one that I can expect to have the cost increased soon. 

I like this card if only because it is more support for a menagerie style of deck.

I really like how they are going about with these old gods. They all feel a lot like their old god counterpart, but still very different. This one looks a little bit weaker than some of the others since, well, it wants you to build a menagerie deck. But it should still be fun all the same.

I don't think this mode will be any more p2w than standart or wild, there will always be cheap efficent decks.

This is probably my favorite of the old gods. I like combo decks, and this is very interesting way to go about it. This one card in and of itself is both the setup, and the combo. I think it will be good in any deck that can draw a lot, or really any deck than plans on playing the long game. I am definitely very excited to play with this card and try to build a deck to make it work.

Sure, but that doesn't preclude pally and shaman using it... if they can piece together a slow deck anyway.

Do you still get the challenge a friend quest on a regular basis which will earn you gold? If not, the change to an experience based daily quest is utter trash and will effectively be a gold loss for the average joe.

This will definitely see play. And I am not sure how I feel about it.

On one hand, this looks like good fun and a nice callback to the original Yogg. On the other hand, nobody wants the game to end out of nowhere due to an unfortunate Rod of Roasting.

I hope I open this guy so that I can try him out. It will definitely be interesting to build decks around this guy and see how it works.

YOGGERS POGGERS BABY. I think this might become the first card to be banned in tournaments because no matter which way you put it, Rod of Roasting is stupid. However it just looks like SO MUCH FUN, that I am willing to close my eyes for now.

Slow Pally or Slow Shaman? Nah, Priest will use this as a 7 mana mind control  

Packs from Wild expansions have been available for gold for a little while now.

well I guess if it's a cool Warlock skin...but I was hoping for a new Rogue hero portrait...

First, yes, when I say launch, I mean launch, not beta.

And I was referring to TF/Swain, not Gangplank. TF/Swain is a midrange burn deck (some might even say control burn), and it is the poster child for the kind of problems that arise when any card game prints too many burn cards. You reach a critical mass, and boom, there's your archetype, with almost no way for the meta to recover until some of those burn cards are either removed or nerfed into oblivion.

Except that in LoR, you have Champions that require burn for their very existence (and here I do include not just Swain, but also GP and Sejuani, and even Ezreal), so making burn too unappealing also guts those Champions. Riot doesn't want to cause a revolt by killing some very popular Champions all at once, so here we are, downtown Burnsville, with no cellphone or even a roadmap to find our way out.

I could imagine slow pally and shaman decks get good use out of it, since they can just pass a 1/1 or a totem.
