Those that keep clicking the yellow kite on the Panderia board until it goes away and those that leave it flapping around like the idiots they are who are bad at life.
I really like her, but ever since I saw someone edit her eyes to be a little less intense, I can't look at the official portrait the same way anymore. Her cardback is definitely one of the best in the game though.
I thought Sylvanas would be my favorite Hunter skin after she was announced, but something about Alleria Windrunner is just aesthetically soothing that always brings me back to her.
The non-dupe rule only applies to non golden cards. So if you happen to only have one golden + 1 normal, you are guaranteed to open that 1 normal card in your packs. Another way of saying it; if you only have golden copies of a rare card, you are guaranteed to open normal copies of them in your packs.
Noticed that in the last expansion, not sure if its explicitly stated. I dont dust goldens unless I really need the dust (my dust bank is so full I dont need to anyway), so its more noticeable to me I guess.
That's not entirely true... Golden cards do count for the non-dupe rule until you collect all cards of that rarity. Only then, the non golden gaps fill up. I wasn't sure this was a set rule since i've never read something about it but i kept noticing this to happen.
The fact that other players noticed the same thing is proving this rule for me. Actually a pretty nice feature for all the people who disenchant all their golden cards.
But now that we're on the topic: How does the non-dupe rule handles crafted cards? Will it prioritize those card once you have a full collection? Or do crafted cards simply count as "opened"?
I can't prove it since I don't keep a detailed history of my pack openings. But I'm pretty sure I've encountered situations where I got a golden and a normal of a certain card, then got the other normal before I got the whole collection of that tier.
But this is one of those things that needs a dev to confirm, so I'll just leave it at that.
It's one of the community's favourites from the early days when there was a small enough number of card backs that they felt more significant, even if they weren't any better than newer ones. As such there's a decent amount of nostalgia for a lot of the card backs from the first year or so, and there's a decent number of players who will have started early enough to see these being used a lot but just too late to get them for themselves.
There are also players who could have got them but missed them for other reasons. E.g. not feeling their collections were good enough to play in ranked instead of casual, which in hindsight is silly since you couldn't lose stars between ranks 25 and 20, and you only had to reach 20 to get the card back, but whatever.
In short: some players regret missing it, and optional cosmetic purchases don't harm anyone so why not?
There’s Only Two Types of Hearthstone Players..
Those that keep clicking the yellow kite on the Panderia board until it goes away and those that leave it flapping around like the idiots they are who are bad at life.
just my two cents.
King Rastakhan
I love his Incan-inspired look, so I regret missing out on him.
King Anduin
Way better than default Anduin Wrynn.
Kel'Thuzad
One of my least favorite portraits. I think it's something with all the effects/animations.
Fire Mage Jaina
Absolutely incredible 1000-win portrait. Jaina Proudmoore already looked amazing, but this takes it to the next level.
Elise Starseeker
So glad that the Queen of the League of Explorer's got a hero portrait. It's what she deserves!
Demonic Illidan
Better than default Illidan Stormrage, but still not as good as [Hearthstone Card (Aranna Starseeker[Hearthstone Card (.
) Not Found]) Not Found]Deathwing
All the angry teenage boys have another hero portrait to identify with.
Dame Hazelbark
I really like her, but ever since I saw someone edit her eyes to be a little less intense, I can't look at the official portrait the same way anymore. Her cardback is definitely one of the best in the game though.
Corrupt Garrosh
I love the C'Thun aesthetic of this Garrosh.
Cap’n Valeera
Great skin, but it is weird that she is the only 1000-win portrait with a "tribe theme."
Aranna Starseeker
I love her look sooo much more than Illidan's.
The Thunder King
Great look, annoying emotes.
Sylvanas Windrunner
I thought she would be my favorite Hunter skin, but Alleria Windrunner still holds it over her. Her cardback is waaay better than Alleria's though.
Alleria Windrunner
I thought Sylvanas would be my favorite Hunter skin after she was announced, but something about Alleria Windrunner is just aesthetically soothing that always brings me back to her.
Khadgar
I love that he has the runic symbols floating around in this portrait.
Lady Vashj
Very intense and intimidating hero portrait--so much so that I kind of wish they used the art from her card, Lady Vashj, instead.
Lunara
Queen of the rainbows!
Madame Lazul
I love everything about Lazul's aesthetic.
Faerie Tail
So happy to have finally gotten my hands on this one!
an addition to the no duplicate rule?

[Game] Card Treasure Hunt (The Resurrection Attempt)
Yes, it looks like the correct answer, but I'm not completely sure.
[Game] Card Treasure Hunt (The Resurrection Attempt)
That’s gonna be a yup for sure

JustATaco's Odd Taunt Druid
My bad, I totally wanted to write Hadronox.
