This is great in some control decks that want to fatigue their opponent, After all you want your opponent to hit fatigue first. Also this is great in highlander decks, because highlander decks love ways to cast spells multiple times. Sure you can get into a problem with card draw, but you could just cast some card draw spells like Arcane Intellect after playing Educated Elekk to get more draw after Educated Elekk dies.
The problem with this card is that it's really susceptible to transform/Silence effects. Silence, Hex, Polymorph, Devolving Missiles, and Zephrys the Great are just a few of many cards that completely shut this card down. Also the way this cards effect works also makes it horrible against cards with a bounce effect like Sap, because Educated Elekk will simply forget what spells you casted in that case. (Similarly to Immortal Prelate losing it's stats after getting hit by Sap.
Also this card debatably doesn't actually have that much synergy with TwinSpell cards like Ray of Frost and Rapid Fire, because this will also shuffle the not-twinspell version into your deck. (if you casted the non-twinspell version while Educated Elekk is on board.) Of course this is good in a more fatigue deck, but still it really depends on the deck if this is a good/bad thing.
Its a freeze effect for 1, which is already decent. But the combo is a little redundant. Basically when you decide to freeze something the idea is that you cant kill it, so either the freeze is redundant or the damage is. Rarely is both required.
Still, giving a freeze effect for rogue is good. And 1 mana 3 damage is likewise also good.
Can't help but feel most of the impactful cards will mainly be restricted to the neutral legendaries.
Yes a lot of crazy neutrals this expansion but theres a ton of new class legendaries that will see play of course neutrals will see more because all classes can use them...
This and Wand Thief might make a big difference for Whirlkick Master, whose biggest problem has always been that all the combo cards cost 2 or more, greatly limiting how much you can do and how early you can do it.
Even in wild the only other 1 mana combo card is Bladed Cultist. Not that I'm expecting the Whirlkick to suddenly be a meta card in wild, but it's nice for people who just want to mess around with it.
My god, is this removal? In Druid?? Jokes aside, it's pretty good. Clears two minions and leaves a threat, but it's not something that will make control druid/shaman work, only support it.
This card is straight-up broken in demon hunter. You can fetch Skull of Gul'dan and then pretty much guaranteed to have that 9 mana discount. Enjoy getting bursted by 2 mana Glaivebound Adept and Soulshard Lapidary.
Cheaper Frostbolt that can't go face the only time i see it being just freeze is when you need to freeze big Edwin VanCleef on early turn and have no other cheap cards...
Well this is the best paladin card revealed so far. i hope the other unrevealed paladin cards will be good like this one.
This is basicly a cheaper Faceless Manipulator that can't copy a tribe/deathrattle. Still really good for only 2 mana. Will see LOT of play, mainly in Pure, Control/Libram Paladin. (And Highlander paladin, if it ever becomes good in standard.)

Magma Rager and Silverback are unplayable now, gg the meta is ruined
New Neutral Minion - Educated Elekk
I don't see any deck that would want this (outside of a really grindy control deck that also happens to draw a lot)
Brain Freeze is a New Mage & Rogue Card Revealed for Hearthstone's Scholomance Academy Expansion
It would. Except rogue has already plenty of value from lackeys alone, and this card doesn't always give you good stuff.
The combo pool isnt big, but theres plenty of duds like Shadow Sculptor, Kidnapper, Necrium Apothecary to name a few obvious ones.

This card has a lot of potential ways to shut it down, but i feel like that's fair. This card has a very powerful effect, but i feel like opponents might feel bad playing their transform/bounce/Silence cards on it, because they preferably play it on something like Khartut Defender, Convincing Infiltrator, Scrapyard Colossus, Bad Luck Albatross, Teron Gorefiend or Rattlegore.

New Mage & Rogue Spell - Potion of Illusion
I fail to see any practical purpose for this other than getting it randomly.
I mean most valueable drops are above 6-mana so I don't see this being that useful
New Paladin Minion - Argent Braggart
2 mana and you can buff it with the rest of your mana and make it the strongest on the battlefield.
So far SA leaves me feeling...

You'd think it's support for combo or control, but face hunter will probably benefit most.

very good !
New Mage & Rogue Spell - Brain Freeze
Another nice freeze card for mage - and because it`s cheap the combo ability is most likely to go off too.
Rogue could also utilize this card pretty good - overall i would say decent card but not so sure if it will see play.

Frostbolt goes face so not purely a better Frostbolt , but still super solid nontheless
New Paladin Minion - Argent Braggart
It's best used when the pally kinda ahead on board, i think. Because this is only pure stats, it only great for tempo when ahead.
