I wouldn't be surprised if this card got nerfed. Just the fact that it exists means that control decks will have to worry about losing their hand. This can be used in a similar manner as Jeeves in aggro decks, though I don't think Demon Hunters need more refill tools. This card will be played in many Demon Hunter decks, and it will be very frustrating to fight against, so I wouldn't disenchant your extra copies of this just yet.
The only real question I have is in situations when someone had triggered cards like Dragonqueen Alexstrasza or Galakrond, the Nightmare, will those card remain a cost of (1), or will it get reset? I would imagine that it would have the same effect as [Hearthstone Card (Shirvallah, the Tiger) Not Found] as those cards directly state that they will change the cost of the card to (1). Guess we will find out.
Deck > Hand > Board. When cards go forward in that list (or stay at the same level), they keep buffs. When cards go backwards in that list, they lose buffs (unless otherwise specified on the card).
I gave this card 5 stars because I love totems. I am not sure if this will be good, being a deathrattle makes it kind of slow. I hope I open this, if not I may craft it. 4/5 stats isn't the worst, the deathrattle makes it sticky and gives you some extra board presence. The overload though may make this too slow to be good.
I actually can’t believe this exists. As a control player who really enjoys playing Galakrond Priest (I can feel the downvotes coming already) this scares me because a lot of the time I have 9 cards in hand and the big question is how to play stuff, generate more stuff and deal with my opponents stuff. If my DH opponent can just reset my hand to 4 AND restock their hand for just four mana, why bother playing slow decks with expensive cards that build up in your hand, being saved up for those crucial moments?
It does feel like a slight counter to combo decks in particular, but compare this to Dirty Rat and they aren’t even in the same league. More oppressive DH cards I suppose..
Correct me if I'm wrong, but if you're playing as galakrond priest with 9 cards consistently in hand against DH, isn't your victory pretty much ensured since you almost always have an answer to the opponent's cards, can heal yourself each turn and/or generate infinite value? While I understand it's annoying if you love playing control-heavy decks, this card could push the meta to more midrange builds and reduce the boring polarization of pure aggro vs control decks.
A total tech card. But this can certainly disrupt control decks really hard, especially Priest and Warlock decks as they rely on being able to control their hand... and this card just resets their hard work at manipulating that.
The caveat to that is obvious, you go against Face Hunter and you're resetting their hand of hate for you.

Think of Glide as Plot Twist in quest Malygos warlock. If you have 0-cost cards in hand, but you decide to play Plot Twist, those cards will regain their normal cost, when you draw them. I know this, because I used to play Quest Warlock back in RoS and I tested this interaction myself. So, if someone plays Glide, you should expect, that the dragons from Dragonqueen Alexstrasza or the cards from Galakrond, the Nightmare would lose their cost reduction. But this won't be the only case for combo disruption - think of Emperor Thaurissan or Imprisoned Satyr. Decks, that utilize those cards, will be hit heavily.
[Hearthstone Card (Shirvallah, the Tiger) Not Found] works differently - it doesn't require to be in hand, in order to get a mana decrease. If it had the same text as Jumbo Imp or Corridor Creeper, it would have lost its mana reduction upon getting shuffled back into the deck.
Obvious insane power of this card aside, I think we should consider how consistently will this card be really effective considering it costs 4 and disruption only happens on outcast. Sorry, I haven't really played standard after the nerfs but I got the feeling that the class has been slowed considerably.
Tempo demon hunter can empty their hand before turn 5 for this card EASILY. It's not a tech card. It's not something you think about using. It's draw 4, fuck you opponent.
My logic was that playing this on turn 5 effectively loses you a turn, leaving you with only 1 mana. Sure it can mess up your opponent's hand, but it can also help them if they have useless cards in hand. The only annoying thing is that you have to adapt to a certain playstyle of not saving resources for too long when playing against DH.
It's pretty naive how you think this card was printed because it could help the opponent lose their terrible hand after the mulligan phase, where you're supposed to pick the best cards in a matchup, this card making that literally useless. Also playing this on turn five would float a mana, at least it would if the class didn't have an inbuilt way to use solitary mana. But your last take is literally the worst.
"The only annoying thing is that you have to adapt to a certain playstyle of not saving resources for too long when playing against DH."
Saving aoe against board greedy opponents is a mainstay of hearthstone. "Should i used this boardclear now or should i save it until they play more minions" This has always been a thing. But suddenly you're not allowed to keep boardclears in your mulligan against DH anymore. Because it's useless. They can play this and it's gone to the bottom of your deck again, even though you SPECIFICALLY PICKED the card for the matchup you went into. Is this good game design in your opinion? Even in the worst possible scenario, you as a demon hunter play this when you have no cards against an opponent who also has no cards in hand on turn 4. You both draw up to four cards. And your opponent draws up to five on their turn. All this does negatively for you as the demon hunter playing is set you to the second player to start the game and the game resets. Which is literally NOTHING.
Ok first of all, calm the frick down.
Second of all, I did not say that I "think this card was printed because it could help the opponent lose their terrible hand after the mulligan phase", I know it's not printed FOR that purpose. What I meant to say it MIGHT backfire sometimes, making the disruption effect not 100% consistent. Picking the best available cards in your mulligan is not "literally useless", as you said, and your precious board clears will not necessarily go to the bottom of your deck.
"Saving aoe against board greedy opponents is a mainstay of hearthstone." This applies only if your board greedy opponent can choose whether to play a minion or save it until after their board is cleared. The way the demon hunter class and the outcast mechanic are designed, it shouldn't be the case. If they dump their hand and already went all in on the board, you know that their last card in hand could be Glide so you are put under pressure to clear the board immediately. After it is played, you are both put in the same position but the control opponent gets to act FIRST, since you cannot do anything relevant with 1 mana at turn 5. The game is not reset with the DH as going second since this card does NOTHING on board, allowing the opponent to maintain and develop their board, which is far from what you are claiming. Also, why should the control class always have the upper hand, being able to save one card in hand to clear an entire board of minions whenever it suits them the most? This card suits the design philosophy of DH perfectly and allows the games with DH to be a little more interesting than just pure card dumping and face hitting vs surviving and clearing the board when you find it best. I DO NOT think this is good game design, but I am trying to understand the team's logic since I refuse to believe they would print these kinds of cards without any playtesting, especially after the ocean of nerfs the class was hit with. I did not initially aim to defend the card, but wanted to motivate a discussion about this card other than saying it's "OP and annoying".
Wow, I really despise this card. As people have already mentioned, this spell can mess up with the opponent's hand. If I, as a control deck, keep a board clear for a specific turn, the DH opponent can play this card and I might not be able to draw the AoE on time, so I would most likely die. But this spell has another effect - it negates cost reduction in hand. Combo decks, that rely on cheaper cards, will get countered heavily.
This spell reminds me of Divine Favor - in a way that it punishes the opponent for having a large hand, while it rewards the aggro player with extra resources, but this is even more stupid.
DH aggro doesn't need this for draw tho, they already have spectral sight, Skull of Gul'dan, and Crimson Sigil Runner.
Tempo relies on draw. Skull was already nerfed. This is an easy replacement. the mana reduction of the spell itself and the more cards drawn is easily better than that.
Also lets be real, if you're aggro and you let your opponent draw cards on your turn that's a game losing move.
Card quality. When your four cards are better than your opponents 4 cards it doesn't matter. And 4 cards from demon hunter are better than 4 cards of any class

Cards that let Shaman have a better chance at sticking stuff on the board is pretty much always going to have the potential to be scary, given bloodlust. Looks slow, but it being a totem itself is interesting
Doesn’t really look that strong to me, the hand disruption is nice, but you’re leaving your opponent with 5 cards in hand their next turn, which doesn’t really seem that bad, especially since you’re spending 4 mana to do this to both of you
Reload for aggro that can also make it so your opponents board clears in hand get shuffled back in their decks. Oh you have 9 cards in hand and you would have 10 when your turn starts? Well your opponent Just used Glide and your down to only 4 cards. (And +1 at start of your turn).
Needless to say: WHY DID THEY PRINT THIS? This i.m.o. is a LEGENDARY card kinda effect. WHY CAN YOU HAVE 2 OF THESE? And ITS ONLY 4 MANA! Just WHAT?!?
Honestly when people (including myself) went around saying: "LOL DH is good at everything, and against everything." We were joking blizzard!
If the rest of DH cards are going to be like this, then i'm truly afraid that there will be even more DH nerf waves. Which i truly dislike.
Oh and thank god this card is even-costed. This card in odd DH would have probably made a LOT of people rage/quit. At least they "balanced" it around that.
As a control player, i absolutly hate this card. Let's see if the meta is not just face DH/hunter everywhere with no counters avaiable because they can trade their minions without losing them and also reduce the opponent's hand to only 4 cards.
This is a powerful card, but it doesn't win the game, merely stalls it.
Drawing 4 for 4 is pretty good, actually it's great if you're comparing it to Arcane Intellect that draws 2 for 3. This card doesn't even need a full hand to draw, if you're empty you'll "shuffle" nothing and then draw 4.
forcing your opponent to shuffle IS powerful, especially for powerful control decks like handlock that focus on collecting large hand sizes or Galakrond decks that need their win condition for the late game.
This card however does flounder against other tempo or aggressive decks, as your opponent will be emptying their hand as fast as you. Skipping your turn for your opponent to refill their hand is a game losing turn.
Also I'll just say it I wish Warlock got this card, card disruption is supposed to be their thing. And it synergies with the Quest so well, too.
