Here's my initial idea (I'll have to find new art because someone already submitted a card with it). This guy has negative spell damage to weaken your opponent's spells. More of a tech card meant to help soften your opponent's board clears and other spells. Not sure if 1 less is effective enough or if I should up the cost and make it -2, but let me know what you think.
I'll try to come back tonight and leave some feedback.
I... actually played big shaman yesterday. I, along with many others, am an avid big priest hater so of course I felt horrible but given its strenght and popularity I wanted to give it a quick try.
I then proceeded to go 0-5, as I deserved. Mostly due to poor draws plus my final game, the one time I did have one of my cheat cards on curve, I was met with a Kazakus on turn 4, into coin + Dragoncaster into a 10 mana polymorph potion on turn 5. Followed by both reno cards the two turns thereafter and topped off with a Tortollan Pilgrim into Luna's Pocket Galaxy into Stargazer Luna plus a full board the next turn.
Needless to say I wasn't even mad anymore at that point and deleting my deck felt pretty good.
yes, most likely its like that. But then, on the other hand it probably depends with "whom" you compare.
They also say that Legend is still 0.01% of all HS players (out of 100 Mio). But from those 100 Mio some might only play once per month, so you cannot really count them.
Hi community! Since BG and pirates (specially with all the buying and selling with Hoggarr) I've realized that the game looks slow from time to time.
I have a good pc but a terrible internet connection.
I'm trying to find is there anything I can adjust to make graphics work faster, googled solutions, read on reddit and watched some vids, but I have still some questions and I was hoping someone here could give me a hand:
How can I know what's really causing the slowness?
Some of the solutions involve modifing the "options.txt" file: is that really secure or could be a reason to be banned?
Could we eventually have an official OoC post about how to make games perform better (assuming this might be an issue with MTG and LoR).
I would prefer not to buff Anivia as a new card might bring her into the spotlight. However since we are living in this world of buffing and nerfing crds. I would be in favor of bringing her mana cost down to 6 if you lowered her health to 3. 4 health upon level up. Even then this might overbuff the crap out of her.
I will point out one little thing MF has over Anivia.
MF isn't required to attack to get her effect. Anivia must attack to get her effect.
A lot of the mechanics of this game is learned through experience. Some things I have learned.
Ally = Means any of your units or Nexus. Unit = Any champion or non-champion. Follower = Any non-champion
Ally always confused me because I don't see your Nexus as an "ally".
This issue comes up with Healing effects. "Heal Ally 3." But the same time there is "Damage any target 1."
The reason for the "Ally' term is to make sure you can't target your opponent. Just like the word "Enemy" on some cards prevents you from targeting your own cards.
I also lost a game to Tryn once because "I killed his first form. Thinking it would stop the attack and return it back to backline in his second form. Do not fall for this as he stays alive and smacks you in second form. That mechanic triggered me a bit when I was new, but thankfully we don't see Tryn that often.
If you submitted the rager, I would vote a solid 4 stars. Withholding 1 star only because it would never ever see play.

I love it. Though the wording seams a bit weird. I don't think you need the word "always". Also you should probably capitalize "Spell Damage".
CursedParrot:

I think you could get away with changing the wording to "Battlecry: For the rest of the game, your Hero Power is improved by Spell Damage". And then you may not even need a unique token, you probably don't have to be worried about OTKs. I am also not 100% sure if Rare is the right rarity, usually unique ideas like this are Epic or Legendary, but it probably doesn't matter.

Comparing Enraged Moonkin to Darkshire Moonkin isn't really fair because Darkshire Moonkin is such a bad card. The thing about Spell Damage is that it is a bad keyword. It has never been good, ever. So I wouldn't worry about making Spell Damage cards too powerful. If you made Enraged Moonkin a 3/5, I would give it 5 stars.

I like Animated Defender the best. I feel like a Spell Damage based Shaman deck with Wrath of Air Totem and maybe Baku the Mooneater is almost a real deck. A strong taunt minion would be a huge step into the decks viability. I would give it 5 stars.

Aegwynn is a very interesting card. I like how you can control which spells she casts by playing them at certain times with your Spell Damage bonuses. It is very hard to know how good or consistent she would be, but I would love to get an opportunity to experiment with this card. I would give it 4 stars, withholding 1 star only because it is impossible to anticipate the power-level.

I like the name and art. I really like this card not because of the Spell Damage synergy, but because of the unique protection is has against being damaged by spells. I can't really think of anything I would want to change. Maybe give it a keyword or something? But I am not sure if it needs it. I would give ti 4 stars as it is right now, withholding one only because it may be slightly under-powered.

I like the second version of Starstruck the best. The art on the first version doesn't really illustrate the effect very well. I do kind of like Riptide, but the design doesn't feel as elegant as Starstruck.

I agree with anchorm4n that the first version is the best. No need to complicate a simple card by splitting up the ability.

I don't really like this card because practically, it isn't very useful. As we have seen from cards in the game, having vanilla stats and Spell Damage usually doesn't make the cut. Granted, Glacial Wrathbringer can have a lot of spell damage, but when are you going to be playing a lot of freeze effects and also a lot of burn damage spells? If this card were printed, I just don't think it would be used anywhere.
Side note: When giving feedback, do you think it is better to have everything inside of one big spoiler, or an individual spoiler for each person? Or does anybody even care?
I'm mostly interested to see what they do with Outcast. It's a neat mechanic, but it's lame that 4/6 cards that use it are literally just card draw.
Also, I love the identity of drawing lots of cards (it really gets the "agile" fantasy), but it dooms them to never having a value deck. I'd like something in the future to semi-reliably restock their deck, or just any slow value generation tool.
Having lots of draw doesn't prevent them being given value cards (rogue has a ton of both), though their stated identity did explicitly say value generation would be weak, probably to keep them from having too much in common with rogue.
I too want to see what interesting stuff they can do with outcast, especially with cards that would support a slow deck where moving cards to the edge is actually a challenge worthy of the outcast bonus. At the moment the outcast mechanic just rewards aggressive decks who don't have a big enough hand to have to work for the bonus, which is a shame.
Beyond that, I just hope DH can find something unique to do (outcast doesn't count, I'm interested in the effects not the trigger). Just doing draw-heavy aggro-tempo or cheating out big demons doesn't add much when rogue and warlock already exist. Currently the only real signs for this are the swarm-sacrifice cards, but if the class is sticking around there's plenty of time for things to turn up.
playing big minions was also a huge liability in GVG too. Thanks to Dr. Boom warping the meta around himself almost every deck was running Big Game Hunters (which back then costed 3 mana)
i crafted Flame Leviathan long after it rotated and when i wasn't particularly swimming in dust just because i wanted it in my collection and to this day i have 0 regrets about it

I wouldn't complain about winning that.
Am I going to make a Twitter account and hop into the vile pit of social media for the very unlikely chance of winning one? Fuck no.

Popular Meta Decks for Legends of Runeterra
The Endure "Spiders" deck is a lot less about the spiders and a lot more about the Endure. Anything that dies fills the role of the spiders.
What do you hope to see with DH's identity going forward?
