Can be game changing
And now we can add to the list the Puzzle Box :)
This can be really good card in the right deck. I like the idea of having it. Is/will be great in Wild as well.
I loved the first version of turtle power, this is even better!
Until we see more strong mid- or late-game board clears for mage, I suspect Tortollan Pilgrim would be used in order to cast one specific spell - Puzzle Box of Yogg-Saron. Casino Mage might not be competitive, but it would be fun to play.
So what would be useful spells for this: any secret, Arcane Missiles, Flamestrike, Blizzard, Power of Creation, Luna's Pocket Galaxy are the more interesting I can think of. But if you are desperately in need of that Luna's Pocket Galaxy because you need it for your OTK, well, then it is a very useful minion. Or to get that last damage you need (Cinderstorm) or another freeze Frost Nova. I can see this being useful in all kind of situations.
