Anivia is really hard to remove though, and Anivia is much easier to level up as well also different regions.. bildgewater has a lot of 1 damage pings, freljord doesn't.
Also they are NOT the same effect Anivia hits the back line as well as the front line which is VERY relevant.
That being said Anivia is currently seeing no play so I don't think buffing her is such a big mistake (maybe a +1/+1 won't break her and push her to playability?) you don't want anivia to cost less than 6 cause then you can Chronicler of Ruin her on the same turn you play her and mostly it's gg when that happens..
I think the main reason you don't see much of warmother control is Unyielding Spirit that card can't really be dealt with on that deck, if you are not in Ionia or have a big Atrocity target you can't really play big ramp decks.
She is basically a 7 mana Miss Fortune. They both do the same thing. They hit everything for 1 damage on attack and both have an extra life. Anivia has her egg and Miss Fortune doesn't need to attack to set off her ability. So its the same thing. Then at level up Anivia only does 2 to everything when Miss Fortune does 3.
Again Anivia is 7 mana. Miss Fortune is 3 and does the same things and has a stronger level up. How does that make sense?
I forgot to mention Lyra the Sunshard, the card would fit a unicorn Miracle Priest, but it's so expensive... Why isn't it a (3) 2/5 already?!
And with Lyra, Crystalline Oracle deserves a mention as well, as it is currently powercreeped by a Basic Card. Oracle could easily be a 2/1 and/or be focused on copying Spell cards only.
I usually don't like Apple products cuz of their "premium" price, but can't deny they own the looks and I wouldn't mind to win 1 of those Ipads. Just 1. I don't need more.
I like BG very much and with every passing month since its introduction I tend to play it more and more, with the exception being the season where Aoo and the year rotation happened. I think there are several reason for that situation:
1. Before I used to play Arena and Standard ladder (started playing HS when Old Gods were the fresh exp) and I started to feel like there is nothing more for me to achieve - I am confident I can hit legend every season I care for it, and Arena became too repetitive and it is just frustrating over time how draw/luck dependent it is sometimes. A few times I felt like I got these 12 wins with very average decks just because I top decked like crazy in my games. My point is it may feel unfair both when you win and when you lose. I started to play wild just before BG were introduced and wild kept me in the game, because it was fresh for me.
2. After BG's debut I felt like I am playing totally other game (which is mostly true). It was fresh and new for everyone so I felt like I am growing with the game, watched a lot of streamers and learned and saw new strategies being developed - it was fun for me. So I both played and watched BG more and more.
3. In my opinion BG has the skill-luck balance reversed, when compared to traditional HS. BG is in its basics the RNG game, where luck is everything and your involvement in the game is limited. Players role is to find the way to manipulate the RNG/luck to their favor. Ranked/Arena have it totally the other way - you believe you play the game of skill where strategy is most important, but during the game it is often RNG/luck that plays most important role (card draw = rng).
So points for BGs here, as I feel more relaxed playing it and it causes much less frustration for me. Also, getting top 1 in BG simply makes me more happy than getting 12 arena wins or hitting legend again.
4. You may ask why BG and not other autobattler. I was raised on warcraft 2, which I still occasionally play these days and I love Warcraft lore in general. That is why it is BG for me - I like being around these characters and i like HS's silly/easygoing attitude towards them.
5. BGs games are not as much repetitive as other modes. When I feel like I am tired/bored of those tier 1/2 heroes, I pick other hero I did not play in longer time. I do not care for rating that much, but I manage to stay in the 9-9.5 k range for some time now.
Sorry for the long post, I feel I got a bit carried away.

I'm not sure Shadows meant it as anything other than a harmless joke, similar to how friends can mock each other without meaning any offense. I guess the casual way he wrote it does rather mask it, but that's British humour I suppose.
On a related note, even with US spelling often making sensible choices to make words look like they sound, all forms of English have serious inconsistencies with how to spell a sound, especially with its use vowels. E.g. gone, bone and one really shouldn't all use o-n-e to make different sounds if we were serious about spelling. Personally I blame the fantastic choice of not using accents, despite having way more than 5 vowel sounds.
My personal favourite alphabet blunder is that once upon a time the English used the thorn rune alongside the Latin alphabet to give us a 'th' sound, which is jolly sensible given how common the sound is in English. For one reason or another it phased out, leaving us with the relatively esoteric 'th'. A greek theta would do too, but no, we've made our bed and I guess we're going to stubbornly lie in it.
Tl;dr: unless you're an etymologist all English spelling is rubbish, so we should be happy to joke about any and all variants of its spelling, whether that targets the version across the pond or whichever side of it you grew up on.
I'd very much suggest to go with the first one. It has the simplest design and the text just looks better. Don't over-complicate an already great card!

I agree with Xarkkal, the second art looks better. I'm not convinced by the name, though. What does a star have to do with the art?
Thanks for all the feedback. I'm keeping Arcane Brilliance up my sleeve for now as I'm satisfied with it, but I can't decide if I will submit it, or Mana Droplet. Furthermore, I now sit with 3 versions of the cute little Droplet to choose between, all that I kind of like equally. Would like to see some people's thoughts before I make my final decision.

@KANSAS - Looks good to me other than the capital "S" in Spells. I'm glad you got some different art, as a huge Diablo fan, the monk art (while badass) really bugged me. Looks really solid now!
@bigcums - I'd agree with KANSAS when it comes to Rune Mage. Library Golem I have no issue with.
@grumpymonk - I like silliness of the art in the first Starstuck, but I'm afraid the joke doesn't feel much to do with Spell Damage. So I'd go with the 2nd.
A very similar card to Kirin Tor Chaincaster was already submitted, so I put in a replacement. I wanted to find art like Shooting Star, but I couldn't find any, so here's two versions with different art. If I go with Riptide, I'll go with the 2-mana version just to be safe based on feedback.
Each dragon in hand is transformed into a "Dragonrider" that adds the Dragon it used to be back to your hand when it dies. The idea is that you can mitigate the downside of expensive dragons by transforming them into cheap cards, at the cost of not getting the original card back until the Dragonrider dies. Alternatively, it could be changed to transform the Dragons into "Rookie Dragonrider", if this design seems too unintuitive.
Time Jump would be a way for Paladins to "skip ahead" of the Mana curve by discarding Dragons. (Edit: I changed Time Jump to 3 Mana so that it can't be used to gain insane early game starts)
Crystal Broodmother gives Mage a way to generate Crystal Whelps in hand, either to play for their Spell Damage or as Dragons to discard.
Verdant Protector is another self-discard synergy card that gives extra power to the minion that discards it.
Fatestealer helps mitigate the randomness of discard by letting you choose which card to discard (if a card says "discard a dragon", Fatesealer will only Discover among dragons in your hand). The low cost makes it easy to combine with other cards, and could even be used in a Warlock discard deck. If you discard a card on your opponent's turn, a random one of the discover targets is chosen, just like when a Discover Spell is cast by a card like Yogg-Saron.
Keeper of Legacies helps to keep your deck full of Dragons, and grants them +2/+2 to make even the small ones useful
Dragon Knight gives Hunter extra face damage, Mage extra removal, and Paladin more Silver hand recruits. The Hero Power doesn't even have to be used that turn, which makes Dragon Knight almost always useful.

But many of them are pronounced the same, right? I mean, there's no phonetic difference between 'color' and 'colour', if I'm not mistaken.
For me, it's kinda wild that English doesn't have an official academy regulating this kinds of things.
