neutral dynomatic. Will see some play in control decks. Aside from that, its just too weak.
Not even sure this wording would make the cut, as it may also damage your own minions. Kinda clunky glass canon.
That's why I thought it could only make the cut in a control deck. Its not necessarily bad, it can actually clear the board and swing tempo in your favor, but its most likely too slow and conditional. The 3 health doesnt help neither.
Besides demon hunter, nearly all classes get a demon in this expansion (for example, all the "Imprisoned" minions are demons), so it wouldn't surprise me if people included 1 copy in most decks, at least initially.
The problem is that some of the best demons will have much more than 3 health (such as Imprisoned Antaean). I haven't seen an obvious answer to that issue in the rest of the set.
With the release of the new spell mage support cards, I've been wondering if the archetype will work? Looking at the cards, I think it will have the freeze mage package but with more board control. Win Condition: The direction of the I think is chip damage from created minions and finished with burn spells.
Then I rounded out with some utility cards. Evocation - great for swing turns. Can also be used find the remaining burn for reach. Learn Draconic - not completely sold on this. But with an all spell deck, this is easily a 1 mana 6/6. Magic Trick - Good for fishing for situational cards not in your deck Ancient Mysteries - Not great, but figured more draw is good Arcane Intellect - Draw
You know, this could be a kind of cool package within the existing Galakrond Zoo.
You don't run the new Nightshade Matron, but you do run Expired Merchant. Most people are rightly pointing out that you can't put Galakrond and Kronx in a deck with this card because discarding them with Nightshade Matron is really bad. But discarding them with Expired Merchant just might be the late game gas that Zoo needs against slower decks.
Running this card and Expired Merchant as a small discard package might push existing Galakrond Zoo in a slower direction. Throw in the new Prime, Imprisoned Scrap Imp and maybe even the new Enhanced Dreadlord and you've got a midrangey-ish Zoolock.
That being said though, I doubt this card sees play regardless. It's a powerful deathrattle for sure, but it's no Leeroy for Aggro decks. People have mentioned Necrium Apothecary, but a 7/5 with Stealth is probably not that much better than [Hearthstone Card (Anibusath Warbringer) Not Found] or Mechanical Whelp. Granted, this card is better as standalone than either of those options, but Rogue likely never wants to play the card they draw off of Necrium Apothecary anyways.
Does this go in Stealth decks? Honestly maybe not, since it doesn't have strong synergies with the stealth minions, given that all the stealth synergy cards want the stealth to be on the board and the opponent can play around that by not giving you a way to kill off your Cursed Vagrant.
Is there some kind of lategame Rogue that's looking for big threats? Again, probably not, because lategame Rogue has never existed.
Regardless, I think it's a cool card that will see experimentation.
It's decent. Completely shuts down murloc decks though, so that's nice. I wonder what happens if you use this on a amalgam in wild? Probably will deal 3 dmg to all minion types.
Interesting, your first thought went to negating murlocs and mine to counter pirates. It'll maybe be risky to play a monochromatic build, and with the arrival of Demon Hunter and their legions of Demons ... it makes you wonder
I mean i don't mind, just surprised... Also why something so potentially impactful is in card dump is my main concern, it should have had it's own separate big reveal
Contrarily to Totem shaman, I can totally side with Elemental shaman. I like this one, a lot, actually! Marshspawn hopes to someday be promoted to Marshsqueen.
New Rogue Minion - Spymistress
Damn, rogue got a lot of good stuff this expansion.
Roguestone again?
Spell Mage? Will the Archetype work?
It might work, I really like the idea of the deck, it's the most mage deck ever.
But there aren't enough minion generation in my opinion for this to work yet..
New Neutral Minion - Waste Warden
An obvious answer would be to kill them before they get their best cards going.
New Warlock Minion - Nightshade Matron
Nope, I think this card is very good anyway.. it's -2 hp doomguard for 1 less mana and 1 less discard and rush instead of charge
I mean if you play it with an empty hand you play it for free and it's a 5/5 rush for 4 which is neat!
Sure charge is much stronger but 5/5 rush is very strong as well.
This is a good result from galakround.
New Rogue Minion - Spymistress
Turn out that stealth/secret will just be a package in galakrond rogue lol.
New Neutral Minion - Scavenging Shivarra
Oh yeah it's 1 mana more expensive with a bad Stateline, but it can clear mechs.
Hearthstone Ashes Of Outland Final Reveal Stream Live Recap
Just going to throw my vote for best card art at Bamboozle.
Also, a few of these cards would adapt nicely into battlegrounds. Hopefully we see some support cards like Rustsworn Cultist added.

Out of the 3 Augmerchants, this one is probably my favorite.

Tried my hand at spit balling a deck:
The payoff cards for an all mage deck, so these are Auto-Includes:
Font of Power, Incanter's Flow, Apexis Blast
Now the burn cards:
Frostbolt, Fireball, Pyroblast
Next are the AOEs and Survival Cards:
Ray of Frost, Flame Ward, Frost Nova, Ice Barrier, Blizzard, Deep Freeze, and finally the panic button in The Amazing Reno
Then I rounded out with some utility cards.
Evocation - great for swing turns. Can also be used find the remaining burn for reach.

I mean they refernced a lot of old wow memes...
Murloc Highlander
Looks fun! just some of these cards are rotating out.
New Rogue Minion - Cursed Vagrant
Can you believe they powercrept Ravenholdt Assassin by basically a full Ravenholdt Assassin?

You can usually still prepurchase right up to the release going live, but the official messaging is always the through the day prior to launch.

Comic sans should have been in comic sans... Not an option for comments though
New Neutral Minion - Infectious Sporeling
That flavor text tho :
"The best thing about being me—there’s so many 'me's."
New Neutral Minion - Blistering Rot
A lot of classes got hand-buff tools this time around as well. I think this should be on the watch list.
New Neutral Minion - Waste Warden

New Shaman Spell - Serpentshrine Portal
Well, that's hell of a good spell. Maelstrom Portal wasn't nearly as potent and saw tons of play.
New Shaman Spell - Totemic Reflection
At this rate, by the end of 2030 we should have a viable Totem list.
