They were just briefly mentioned in the Year of the Phoenix announcement video where they showed their plan for the entire year. There are some small pieces of information about the game mode flying around though:
Uses our own collections (mentioned in the video).
Similar in scope and scale than Arena (also video).
Will likely involve Wild sets (hinted at in an interview).
I believe we have a speculation post upcoming at some point when card reveals allow us to finalize it. Stay tuned.
I think I also saw someone say on these forums that Bilgewater is going to be the next new region but I could be wrong about this.
There have been no public announcements, but the patches include a lot of new unused data and some people like to datamine it and speculate if/what its future usage will be. One such datamine implied 6 new regions include a crest that strongly resembles Bilgewater's; there was an OutOfCards news post about it:
By drawing the right cards in time i talk about boardwipes that are needed to stop aggro, you eighter get them early or you get overun.
Also you got an completely strange idea of combo decks if you think that control beats combo (aka decks that knows ways to oneshot kill you if they get their combo assembled). Whoever told you that control is bad versus aggro can't have a clue of what he is talking about since control uses the most removal to stop aggro from doing it's thing.
Judging by the power of Mana Cyclone, this card will be powerful and versatile. My prediction is that it'll become a staple. Of course, you wouldn't want to draw this early ;)
I did re-read it several times, both before posting and now. I really don't see how Owl would be of any help here, since by the time you can actually target Magtheridon with a silence effect it is too late.
So you're telling me that Blizz may screw up the perfectly good system they tell us they have and that they are yet to implement as if very few people to non at all tested this before going live?

I'm pretty sure I wrote Dragon initially but I may be mistaken. I very much agree nonetheless and will swap it back.
Legends of Runeterra - A Fix for The Harrowing Is Coming
OHHH so I wasn't misremembering how the card works. I was wondering why it summoned far less units than usual.
Good to know!
