  • MMR UPDATE FROM BLIZZARD !!!

Decent changes, although ending last is insanely punishing right now.

A reset every expansion, sure.. every month seems a bit too often to me.

  • Untapped Gonktential

I think floop is pretty overrated tbh, you don't really need it, most of the time you want to play your surgers and whatever you get from path before you play florist anyway.

  • New Rogue Minion - Flik Skyshiv

Good card in vacuum, can be played in both slower and faster decks (although the latter is less likely). Counters Oasis Surger on curve, which is amazing since Rogue really struggles with Quest druid. Also good against treants that might be a thing next meta.

It's play rate is still not guaranteed to be very high.

  • The Elder Scrolls: Legends - Sparkypants is out!

HUGE NEWS! Farewell, Sparkypants. We will miss you!

    To all our fans,

As you may have already heard, Bethesda has shared news regarding future content for The Elder Scrolls: Legends. From the moment we were given the privilege to work on the game we have been nothing short of obsessed with making it the best it possibly could be. Completely rebuilding a pre-existing title from scratch under deadline with a new client, game server, and backend was no easy feat, with every system, gameplay nuance, animation, and visual effect having to be recreated. The result was a mad dash to initial release that was decidedly rough, but we, along with Bethesda, loved the game, wanted it to continue, and had been working heads down on a shared vision we hoped to bring to all Legends players.

Over these last 18 months the connection we experienced from the Legends community has been wonderfully uplifting. You supported us through every release and some significant bumps in the road. You challenged us when we missed the mark and that helped us to learn and grow. Nothing was more enjoyable than seeing your excitement from each expansion, feature addition, and requested quality of life change. You put a smile on our collective face every time with your kind words and passion. Truly we couldn't have asked for a better fan base. We love you.

Moving forward it is up to Bethesda to decide the shape of ongoing support for Legends. Most questions should now be directed to CVH or Customer Service. As far as the Asian version goes, while it is being built on our reworked version of Legends we've not been directly involved beyond the very occasional consultation. But we're excited to see where they take it! With that said, please know that we are still around. Some of us have moved on to other endeavors, but a core of us are still here, always open to a quick chat. <3

Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts and to Bethesda for being a great partner. It's been a heck of a time.

    All the best,

    The Sparkypants Team

  • New Shaman Minion - Corrupt Elementalist

Drop two and galakrond is fully powered right? That's really strong, plus the 5 mana 7/5 worth of stats isn't bad either.

  • Untapped Gonktential

not counting floop gloop for more mana=more claws

which we run for basically no reason right now....

  • Untapped Gonktential

    i have added replays...

  • New Mage Spell - Elemental Allies

I don't know, you would really want elemental heavy deck for this to work, and we didn't really get much of that this expansion. If it would fit naturally in some of the existing decks it would be great, but to build your deck around card that just gives you draw, in a class that doesn't really struggle with it, is not really worth it imo.

I'm looking at it from Standard perspective, in Wild this could have much more potential.

  • New Paladin Minion - Lightforged Zealot

Truesilver for its mana cost and drops a 4/2 on board is great. A bit agressive on the stats, but you can use the weapon immediately to help with that.

  • New Paladin Minion - Lightforged Crusader

That is a crazy effect, and Paladin has enough good stuff that they may very well be able to do the no neutral and not feel it too much.

  • New Mage Minion - Violet Spellwing

1 mana to put stats on board and still get back a cheap (and known) spell. We may be seeing mana cyclone mage make a come back.

  • New Mage Spell - Elemental Allies

Elemental mage was the first deck I really got into. It may not be top tier, but I'm brushing it off in wild once this set goes live.

  • New Mage Spell - Rolling Fireball

This is a good design. If only the ui could be updated to let us control the direction instead. Almost like choosing between the pair of options.

  • New Mage Spell - Arcane Breath

In dragon decks it's good enough, you can correct your curve with this while keeping board in check.

  • New Mage Minion - Mana Giant

I can only think of open the waygate in wild dropping this alongside the arcane giants. I'm sure there are better uses, but that just sounds fun.

  • New Druid Spell - Strength in Numbers

How much support until big druid is actually a thing?

  • Wild Packs Purchasable with Gold Next Week - Hearthstone's New In-Game Shop Info

I'm very happy about this. Even at my dumpster Rank in Wild I see the same people all the time. It'll be good to get some fresh blood involved.

  • Poor Etiquette

I guess I was talking about a very specific scenario.  What I was describing was this....I had to play two minions to win.  I played one and then they quit.  Why?  I genuinely don't get it.   I'm obviously playing and not screwing around playing cards needlessly.  That would be wasting time.  What do you get out of denying me the final blow?    Just quit before your last turn then or before my turn starts.

If my turn starts and I know I can't win then I quit.  If it's my opponents turn and they have lethal on board but still play cards I quit.  Both of those are a waste of time.  If my opponent is about to win by playing their minions I just let them because they're playing and not screwing around.

  • New Druid Minion - Shrubadier

Helps with curve in treant druid and 3/3 for 2 mana isn't shabby.

  • New Druid Spell - Aeroponics

Even at 1 treant this is an arcane intellect, and with two or three it's amazing value.

  • New Mage Minion - Violet Spellwing

Doesn't seem that strong, but it's good. On turn 1 is very good because you can clear 2 health minions with ping, also good for cards that require playing cards outside of your deck. It's an elemental too but it's not that important.

  • Untapped Gonktential

Currently the combo is double pounce double claw which is eight dmg, but you still have 2 mana left over on the combo turn after using both witching hours, with the new quest you can play 2 more claws bumping your damage up to 12 which kills just about anything. The version I have been playing more is the quest druid version of it not this version and even the version of this I have been playing is a different decklist this is just a theory craft most of the decks I make on here are different to the actual versions I make in game so they're really just proof of concepts more than anything.

  • New Mage Minion - Azure Explorer

I like it, a 3-in-1 card. I always liked trying spell damage in mage, so I'm really excited about this guy. Reminds me a bit of azure drake.

  • New Mage Minion - Dragoncaster

So, 6 mana, a 4/4 body, and: Pyro/Box/Luna/Power of Creation. 3-card 16 burst with pyro and fireball. Seems broken to me.

  • New Questline & Login Rewards Coming for Descent of Dragons

Pretty sure i didn't get my second one either from the BG tournament.
