  • New Hunter Minion - Primordial Explorer

I'm not convinced of these "discover a dragon" dragon cards, but this one is the strongest of them, bot for poisonous and mana cost.

Still i'm not sure if is worth to run a cobra just to discover a card that will probably be too slow to even find a moment to be played.

  • Two Mage Cards - Dragoncaster & Arcane Breath

    Power be creeping

  • New Shaman Minion - Nithogg

Board swarming, token generating ; For DoD, Shaman ain't changing much ^^

  • New Mage Spell - Arcane Breath

I don't feel like Mage needed a card like this, I almost would have preferred a more midrange style spell, but that's not what we got. This is obviously powerful and if you can figure out how to play Dragons and Mana Cyclone together this is going to be very strong in that style deck.

  • New Shaman Minion - Bandersmosh

After reading countless of you thinking this won't be competitively viable, as much as I'd like to side with you, I think this one is underrated and will bite of all back in the ass. On average, a random legendary can be really good - life changing or game swinging - I'm predicting this one will be a meme, yes, but a powerful one.

  • Shaman Legendary Card Reveal - Bandersmosh

What will happen when this transform into Shifter Zerus or Chameleos (and vice versa)? There already were bugs with double transforms.

  • Lightning Breath

Is an arguably better Lightning Storm. And hey, Shaman did play a bit of Dragons himself, with the

  • New Mage Minion - Dragoncaster

Wow, this seems gross. There are already a bunch of very powerful expensive spells in Mage and a deck around that. The one factor people aren't thinking about when it comes to this is the fact that you have to have enough dragons to make it reliably active, which means you have to cut back on the number of big spells you're running in general. We haven't seen a bunch of cheap dragons so its still a bunch of midrange and late game stuff, and your deck needs enough early game to survive.

  • New Mage Minion - Azure Explorer

I don't like it at all, but maybe a highlander dragon mage deck will run this card just to have a number of dragons to activate the "dragon in hand matter" synergy consistently; it still can discover Malygos or Kalecgos so if you have 4 mana to spare isn't the worst thing to play.

  • Cumulo-Maximus

These kind of cards are what give me hope and fear (at the same time) for Shaman. So much Damage!
And very easy conditions, good statline, and a it of balance. Solid shaman card.

  • New Neutral Minion - Bad Luck Albatross

Its kind of nice to see a neutral hoser for the Highlander decks, as it could end up being very necessary, but I also feel like there aren't any sort of counter cards for the Galakrond stuff, so it could end up being very balanced that there aren't equal checks for all classes.

  • Bandersmosh

This is a really interesting card. The fact that it keeps its cost at 5 mana means you could get some really greedy high cost legendarys with a big discount. That’s pretty cool but this is still an unreliable RNG card that may be too slow even for the greediest Shaman decks. I’m getting Chameleos vibes from this.

  • New Hunter Spell - Toxic Reinforcements

It feels too clucky, because it requires you to hero power every turn if you want the quest to activate, which will make most of your turn bad. But if you don't heropower to have stronger turns, while run this card?

    It doesn't convince me

  • Nithogg

This isn’t super powerful by itself but it does create a pretty big threat in board. My only complaint is that those dragons that hatch take forever to attack the face.. First they’re eggs and then they hatch but still can’t attack face so you can’t really setup Vessina or Bloodlust with them, they’re for board control rather than aggro purpose I suppose. Not sure if they’d really be too OP if they had charge considering that there’s a fair amount of couterplay to this card.

  • Bandersmosh

Most Legendaries have powerful effects, but many have the drawbacks of being either very costly, having crappy stats, or both. This card is always gonna be decent stats for a decent cost, and potentially with a hugely beneficial effect attached to it.

I think it's a lot better than people are giving it credit for.

  • [Game] Card Treasure Hunt (The Resurrection Attempt)

    Is it Safeguard?

  • New Priest Spell - Time Rip

I don't think packing more and more removal will make Galakrond priest a thing. This card isn't even that strong, is an assassinate that add a random priest minion in your hand...so, yes, basically is just an assassinate.

Galakronf priest seems to only generate a ridicolous amount of value without doing anything to win the game, just imagine removing threats and adding random minions in your hand would help you at all at winning a game versus a quest shaman or a quest druid or a galakrond rogue that just drawn 4 cards that cost zero.

For now the only strong thing that galakrond priest can do is to play Princess Talanji, and putting a full board of random priest minions. But i'm not sure that just that will be enough to make the deck works, even if it does, Talanji will soon rotate

  • Warrior Legendary Weapon Reveal - Ancharrr

So far, I think that while the sidequests seem rather good, they are nowhere near the level of the Galakronds.

  • Bandersmosh

It has the issues of Chameleos and Shifter Zerus, but the strength of Floop.  I personally like him a lot since he seems like a fun card that can make for some pretty cool moments, but he's too inconsistent for non-meme constructed.

  • Bad Luck Albatross

Totally agree - arena raiting is too low for this. Voted 5/5 for arena, 3/5 other modes - I doubt is will find place in constructed decks.

  • Shaman Legendary Card Reveal - Nithogg

Thinking more about it, I guess you're right.
As a relatively small body without immediate board impact, it's just too slow.
It would probably be good as a cheaper spell that just summoned the eggs. But as it is, it's not as good as I first thought.
    I stand corrected.
  • New Shaman Minion - Nithogg

The card we all needed in Moorabi shaman... More seriously this card seems really slow, thus bad.

  • Nithogg

While it looks disappointing it might just be a lot better than people give it credit for.

Dragon Shaman has LIghtning Breath, which is probably the strongest early board clear in the game (apart from Duskbreaker maybe).

If this comes down on an empty board you're almost guaranteed hatched eggs (unless your opponent plays a heavy rush deck).

Hell, even if you're behind this at least summons two soft taunts, so that's worth something.

At the end of the day it'll show up from Draconic Lackey from time to time, so don't count it out.

  • New Card Reveal - Bad Luck Albatross

Hah, I know it says albatross, but all I'll be able to imagine while playing this card are the seagulls in Finding Nemo. Victory is mine? Mine? MINE? MINEMINEMINEMINEMINE?!

  • New Priest Minion - Fate Weaver

The card seems very good, discount the cost of your hand on turn 4 is crazy. That said, i can't see how a priest (and a dragon priest at that, if you want the effect to consistently be active on turn 4) can use this effect to win the game, in other words: what are they going to play to pressure the opponent? i can't think of anything, just to play a big plain dragon a turn earlier won't be enough.

So maybe the card will be playe to make a combo works/easier to make it work? Maybe.
