Every single one of these "transform while in hand" cards has been bad.
Shifter Zerus, Chameleos, Molten Blade, Shifting Scroll and none of them were ever any good. Could be a fun card, but the sheer amount of variance in this means it likely will not see any competitive play.

This Battlecry stuff for Shaman is now getting out of hand. With CTW this will summon 4 eggs. Not going to bother with Shudder because he will be gone in April.
Interesting card. If the opponent cant clear the whole board, they have to decide to remove the eggs OR the 5/5 dragon. Maybe the eggs can function as soft taunts to protect smaller things?
Not bad at all, both should see play. That said, note that people seem to be tunnelling on the highroll potential of Dragoncaster when the reality will often fall short of that margin. To really have a major impact you need to have both a dragon in hand to activate it AND a spell worth casting for free - AND if you're not playing it on 6 then you need a value play to fit in for 1-4 mana as well. If all you're doing is dropping it as a 4/4 for a free Frostbolt and ping on 8, it gets a lot less pretty.
And let's remember that if you're running both dragons and high cost spells then your mage deck's going to be looking pretty heavy.
So if we're looking at a mage deck with a heavy top-end, we're looking at either Big Spell Mage or Highlander Mage, right now. The former is going to be heavily reliant on finding an early (and nerfed) Pocket Galaxy, and after the nerfs to Conjurer's Calling as well as LPG probably won't be all that strong. If we're looking at Highlander Mage, on the other hand, it's Inkmaster Solia but trading 1 less cost for the additional restriction of requiring a dragon in hand (which is inherently less likely in a Highlander deck).
And let's not forget - Inkmaster Solia only saw play in approx. half the Reno Mage decks that have floated to the top of the meta since their inception.
So yeah. Dragoncaster is a solid card, but I don't see it being busted. Arcane Breath, on the other hand, seems extremely potent and should see continuous play so long as mages care about dragons.
New Priest Hero - Galakrond, the Unspeakable
Not the strongest Galakrond so far but I could see it played. Random minion from a small pool has potential to be stronger than D7 mechs.
Zzeraku the Warped
Looks good- if you have enough hp left by turn 10. So it's a winmore card.
New Priest Spell - Breath of the Infinite
Well balanced AOE for priest. I really like the flavour of this card. It seems that we will definitely have a dragon priest deck.
New Paladin Spell - Sand Breath
Good and balanced. Won't win any game but seems fun to use. Also combine the effects of 2 cards that were not used much in one.
New Mage Minion - Dragoncaster
Very strong card, specially for big spell mage. Will definitely see play in dragon big spell.
Shaman Legendary Card Reveal - Bandersmosh
Oh hey it's Shifter Zerus !
New Shaman Minion - Bandersmosh

Shifter Zerus, Chameleos, Molten Blade, Shifting Scroll and none of them were ever any good. Could be a fun card, but the sheer amount of variance in this means it likely will not see any competitive play.
Shaman Legendary Card Reveal - Bandersmosh
Think of the value when it becomes a Bandersmosh.
Shaman Legendary Card Reveal - Bandersmosh
Shifter Zerus on Steroids!
New Paladin Minion - Amber Watcher
Not a single downside in a really strong card. One of the best healing cards in the game from now on,
New Hunter Minion - Diving Gryphon
Very good card for removal of early threats and giving you another cast. Plus, it is a beast, extra points for the hunter class.
New Shaman Minion - Bandersmosh
A new Legendary Shaman Minion, Bandersmosh, has been revealed!

New Paladin Spell - Sanctuary
Looks super strong. Synergy with Time Out! will guarantee that you can complete this quest even against agro.
New Paladin Minion - Dragonrider Talritha
Very strong and flavourful. Looking forward playing with this card, seems very fun
New Paladin Minion - Nozdormu the Timeless
Meta defining, what else to say. Also there are plenty of ways to get more dragons and play this ones on late game with no downside.
New Mage Spell - Learn Draconic
Like all other side quest is very strong. Will be played almost for sure looking at the other cards that they got this expansion
New Mage Minion - Azure Explorer
Very good, quite balanced. I like this, also dragons that discover dragons can be OP
New Shaman Minion - Nithogg
This Battlecry stuff for Shaman is now getting out of hand. With CTW this will summon 4 eggs. Not going to bother with Shudder because he will be gone in April.
New Mage Spell - Arcane Breath
Super good. Like other mage cards I give 5 stars. In my opinion it should cost at least 2
New Mage Minion - Dragoncaster
6 mana only? The cost for this card is ridiculously small. Even without the 4/4 body this would be played. At least it's not a dragon...
New Shaman Minion - Nithogg
Interesting card. If the opponent cant clear the whole board, they have to decide to remove the eggs OR the 5/5 dragon. Maybe the eggs can function as soft taunts to protect smaller things?
New Mage Minion - Chenvaala
New cheap spells that generate more cheap spells means that this card will be really good.
New Neutral Minion - Bad Luck Albatross
At last!!! A worthy disciple.
Two Mage Cards - Dragoncaster & Arcane Breath
Not bad at all, both should see play. That said, note that people seem to be tunnelling on the highroll potential of Dragoncaster when the reality will often fall short of that margin. New Mage Minion - Malygos, Aspect of Magic
Really good. I wonder if they will update this spells with new ones if any of the mage spells goes to the hof...
