While a high roll evolve ends the game faster, evolve still cheated 9 or more mana in the earliest stages of the game. That's going to be enough in almost all situations regardless of the roll.
With lackey's, the amount of them that are generated will usually result in their finding an answer. In particular because most/all of the lackeys function as removal in one form or another. Again, with double lackey generation, and double battlecries, it's actually likely that they can find the out. It's actually more unlikely that they can't find the out.
Ditto to double MCT battlecry. Also, that one is on you. Don't play into MCT.
TL;DR: The average roll is already quite high. It sounds like you're actually upset at the times they don't specifically low roll.

If it's really alternate account (not just another region of main account), then it's possible. Not sure that it work as you described, but surely (and easier) it will work if you create new twitch account and link it to alternate acc.

More evidence HS devs are fools. Adding these wild cards in was one of the worst ideas they've ever had. Breaks the game to unplayable levels. Quest evolve shaman is the most broken unfun deck there has ever been in this game. Can't even bear to play the game enough to rank up to 5. Total shitshow. Fire these idiots and bring other people in to look stupid in new expansion hype videos. Garbage.

Yeah, sometimes, when my opponent is roping me for no reason at all, and you can tell, i give them the taste of their own medicine and then some.
I play out my turn right away and then dont end it, leaving the rope to burn to the last second, so it is very clear as to what i am doing.
They usually get annoyed back after a turn or two and start to play normally, but it is too late. I rope them till the end. Sometimes they get so annoyed they concede 😊
Maybe they will think twice before being dicks next time 🤔
