The real way to fix this is once we have collection data on the site so we can tell you what a "budget" deck for you could be.
I agree that would let anyone get a relative budget, but say I wanted to look for something for a friend? There are times when you might need or want to know the total cost of the deck.
The problem with that is most new players don't have those freebies.

I think they are available to everyone. You can't craft them or disenchant them, and they will then disappear.
I preferred the original Uldum meta; almost every decent deck was playable. In the current meta, you can't out-tempo evolve effects (other than hoping they don't draw Evolve/Mutate in time), while if you're going for a more defensive strategy you need to be able to out-greed or OTK the N'Zoth decks. This leaves far fewer options for deck building.
Yep. The pre-Doom meta was pretty balanced/solid. They really mucked it up with this event, but luckily the old meta will be back soon.
It won't be until the next expansion that the wild cards swill leave.
I really hope its not until December. I can't see Blizzard letting another nearly two months go by where 1 DECK is being played in 20% of games, and one class at 35%. They've been more proactive with balance this year

I have been reading your ticket about a problem with Heartstone crashing a lot on Andriod devices. I can understand this is frustrating for you, and that you feel that nothing is being done as the thread on the forums doesn't have a developer reply
The reason the developers want bug reports like this posted on the forums is so that they can track them easily, they may not reply though as they are hard at work making hot fixes and patches to fix the reported bugs
So please be patient, as rest assured the develoeprs are aware of the problem and it is being investigated. For updates keep an eye on the official site for patch notes.

Looks awesome, I'll give it a shot. I have every card except Hex Lord. You make a good case for his value, and I do have the dust. Maybe I'll go ahead and craft. Do you think he's good in other decks as well? I always hesitate to craft class-specific legendaries if I don't know how versatile they'll be.
Super versatile spells that fits into many decks. Can act as a bad Polymorph for more control druids, a minion buff for token druids, exact 5 heal for those rare heal druids.
Next: Uldum minion that interacts with Reborn, but does not have Reborn itself.

That was quickly followed by a Millhouse Manastorm within first months of playing ... now it's been like what 3-4 years and I finally just opened that Nat Pagle a month ago myself from a brawl pack. I think the question is do I ever dust the golden or do I goldenize the trinity?
False: the Developers literally clarified it during the first day of this event. The original article of OOC event linked the Tweet where it was written.

I was looking into creating a budget deck. When selecting it from the menu, it filters with a max dust cost of 1600. However, if you use the feature cards (which everyone gets for free), then the deck cost will probably never be below 1600. Is there a way to incorporate this into the deck costs?
I love playing hunter, but it feels kinda bad in the current meta so had to craft this new deck to try to keep up.
Its Kinda facey since you don't want to go too late but it can still play Mid range very well and tends to Deal roughly 15 to 22 damage instantly or more with a good Zephrys
Let me know how it feels or if you have suggestions I'm not thinking of, but this has been an on going project for at least a month or two changing a lot due to N,zoth
I rushed ladder to rank 5 just two days before the beggining of the event with Highlander Hunter. Something was telling me that if i didn't do that, it would be impossible to reach rank 5 after the event started. I'm really glad i did that because the meta became a true nightmare. I have spent most of the time after that just playing around with the cards and testing meme decks.
I don't know if it was fixed, but I can confirm what frmorrison said. I tried to log in with my 1000-win warlock, but I received an error message. After repeating this 2 more times, I then picked another class with the original skin (hunter) and I continued the brawl.

Shammy right turn is pretty strong. Just give a totem to your opponent and possibly get a 3rd steed which combos well with evolve (if you get it).
