I love this card despite what other people think of the new explorer cards. This card has so much combo potential and has a lot of value overall even in non singleton decks! This card looks like so much fun and I'm waiting to craft it and test it out in lots of different decks.
I dont know about Standart, but you know what - for Wild it is a great card. I play Reno Pally a lot, so It is like it was made for me, and I am really happy)
When Twitch was not so popular probably a burnout streamer will be a bad call, but today many streamers do that as a job and HS give a very big visibility considering its numbers so they keep playing it even if they're not enjoying the game anymore. The only thing that matter at that point is if they keep a professional attitude instead of just ranting here and there.
I feel like that should be a nobrainer, if you start acting out, who is gonna watch you? Meaning you lose some revenue stream, so it is in your best interest to keep it together and act professional. And if you are being a dick and ppl just take it, then that is not a streamer problem, that is a community problem that they dont speak up, either literally or with their "money" aka viewership, subs etc.
It should be a no brainer yet there'e plenty of popular streamers doing this. Maybe they want to appeal to disgruntled players as part of an edgy persona or they genuinely feel this way and being professional is hard
I was fooling around with Even shaman in Wild because I recently got The Storm Bringer, then I queue into a Secret Hunter. I transform my tokens into legendaries but he's got a secret up, so before the turn ends I attack with my face, hoping to trigger Explosive Trap or Freezing Trap.
I'm digging the Pressure Plate secret. I play mainly Wild and this has interesting potential as a niche but very powerful tool to jam up combos that depend on synergies between minions and spells.
I don't know about Raiding Party, because then you're diluting the deck even further. Aside from that it looks interesting and could be quite solid, but it probably won't be as good as the Big Rogue before RoS.
I love the synergy with his past self. I love how he reminds of of Jan'alai. I love that he will be repeatable without the coin. Can't wait to play highlander Hunter!
Hey, sorry for not replying so long. I've been really swamped IRL.
Geddon for Flamestrike is okay, though I stand by my assessment that Flamestrike is too weak these days. You might consider Volcanic Potion for the earlier AoE to deal with swarmy aggro decks.
Solia for Emperor is also reasonable but I'd say Zilliax or Loatheb are also good depending on what your choices are.
Do y'all think Hearthstone should have a Creative mode in which players could create their own game modes (with certain sets, some card bans, and maybe some Tavern Brawl rules), similar to how it's done in other games such as Overwatch? It could allow people to test out their crazy ideas, it would be tons of fun to play, and it might give the developers some ideas for the game! It could even go a step further and the creator could choose certain cards to buff or nerf (just in stats, like the Boomsday buffs). This would allow for players who want a huge diversity of experience to have a lot of fun during the in-between months while not harming the new player experience! I think this could even feasibly happen, since I don't think it would hurt Blizzard's bottom line and it would actually motivate people to craft more cards to try out more cool decks!
I've been having some fun (and some success) on ladder with Thief Rogue. I just played a game where I responded to their turn 6 Giant + Conjurer's play with playing an Archmage Antonidas, clearing their board, and getting four Fireballs in the process. They left after their next turn.
It's funny, Titanic Lackey's effect was one of the more obvious possible lackey effects I considered but ultimately dismissed as a bit too bland and mediocre (the other really obvious one being "draw a card").
I certainly don't mind having gotten it wrong, I think Reborn would've felt very similar to witchy lackey in actual use and it'd have really busted high-roll potential with certain cards, like leeroy or swingy deathrattles. It just seemed like the most obvious prediction to make because it's the new keyword, not necessarily the best design decision.
I think Titanic Lackey's inclusion in the pool is a slight nerf to the overall power level of lackey cards, which is fine. It has it's uses and I'm sure there will be situations where getting the taunty boy is the nuts.
A Weekend of Wild Decks
Thanks for feedback, I'll consider making separate posts for theorycrafts and the already playable decks next time.

BEEEES!!! because of high combo potential such as with overkill
New Neutral Minion - Vilefiend
Would there have been anything wrong with making this a 2/3? Considering vicious scalehide has rush and beast tag. 2/2 is very poor.

It's Misdirection. Guess which minion I hit.
Should Hearthstone have Creative Mode
That would be pretty cool having it as a fourth option on the challenge a friend.

Cool list, probably the best quest druid theorycraft I've seen. But what's the reasoning for not including [Hearthstone Card (Ziliax) Not Found]?
