At least the VS have more time to make their article rating cards and theorycraft decks

Indeed. At this pace, we are ready and release could happen on Tuesday, 26.07.2022... (just few days after theorycrafting).

Now it's weird, that it will be nearly 2 weeks (13 days to be exact) for expansion launch starting from now up until 2.08.2022.

Am I missing something? Why we have to wait 1 more week (nearly 2) ?

Don't get me wrong, I am happy to see new cards, but still :)

This doesn't even need murloc synergies to justify a slot -- dude pally (which will likely be bad), could run this, for example. Demon Hunter could, conceivably, run this in an aggro package because it has an ultra-earlygame card that summons small minions. Maybe weenie DH gives it a go. Hunter could slot this in, but doesn't need it.

I think the real stand-out here might be Mage. Mage hits harder midgame and the cusp of late and can have health problems along the way. Even if the Murloc doesn't get to swing, a free +4 Health buffer might be worth Mage's time so it can get to a pop-off with skeles, and said skeles will activate Murlocula.

Warlock Murlock will already run this, but there's enough Warlock-flood effects that an Imp/Shadow/Shade/Voidwalker token deck could justifiably try this, lose to Druid, and give up, but it might work for the first two days, so that's something.

This could have a lot of different applications:

• Cheap reload for Murloc decks.
• Second minion for Kael'thas Sinstrider.
• Survivability for slower decks, especially 40-card decks that already support Infuse on other cards.

I assume the pieces spawn as soon as the colossal appears on the board, but as long as they spawn before the deathrattle is resolved, it should be fine. It is all just assumptions at this point though.

This expansion is so... Gimmicky 

Bwahahaha. Reddit just lost it. And I mean, it's justified. When players spent money to get things they want, and they nerf it, it would surely replied with a pitchfork. Consequences.

But it's all expected from mobile games. They are in it for money and that's it. Money stops coming, and they will tweak it a little.

I can't see this thing going to be popular if they're already losing support when this thing still in beta.

I don't disagree, but that's never been the case before with creatively-worded cards. Some things in Hearthstone require you to figure it out ahead of time (or through trial and error), and I'm actually okay with that.

Strongman was good because of mana cheat.

That card is easier to get for 0 mana than Strongman, so it will see play for sure, atleast in control murloc shaman.

This is a strong card that will likely be played for 0 mana.

Every rule of this card should be available both in the deckbuilder and in-game.

My guess is it is one of theme. The pure-paladin cards are (normally) thematic representations of intolerance, zealotry and a 'holier than thou' attitude, which are easy to map onto a lot of paladin characters. You could probably justify a very similar theme in DH, but I don't really see it fitting elsewhere.

It's also usually pretty easy to make a deck without neutrals, especially if they are centred around a class mechanic (tribal decks are much more difficult). It's significantly less restrictive than all-spell decks, for example. So I don't think there's that much motivation for the devs to spread the pure thing around more widely, since it only really tweaks archetypes and doesn't generate truly new ones.

That is...weird. No. 1 what the hell is Paladin doing getting cards from other classes? Priest? Sure. Rogue? Absolutely. But Paladin?? No. 2 you're playing Pure Paladin yet your value wincon will be non-Paladin legendaries? Doesn't seem very Pure (also there will be like no synergy between your deck and what you discover). No. 3 faaack is this slow. It's a war golem until you pay an extra 3 mana to discover. And while we all wish our discovers consisted of 7+ mana cards, the result might be you get a 4 coster at best on your discover and then you start really wondering why the hell you bothered playing this card. Granted, in Standard the range of discovers is going to be more limited, so depending on the class-specific Legendary pool your odds might get better, but still, that's a lot of mana investment for unreliable results.
