I once said that my two favorite patches in Lor history was 1 the massive champ re-work (Katarina still viable to this day) and sundisc rework (still viable too)

But this patch beats both of them.

It hit Kaisa hard the number 1 offender of this expansion, but it hit Bard, Annie and Illoi my 3 picks for over powered Champs from the streamer expansion.

But thats not all it basically hit every other potentially problematic archetype too, thralls, aphelios P and Z, Xerath (hourglass spam) and buffed Ash and Anivia if that's your thing.

Beyond that we see some nice tweaks to followers and spells for under represented archetypes.

Like dont get me wrong I thought fixing thr dmg done by the last two expansions was in possible but they got it in 1 goof stuff guys, even aggro 4/4 got hit and like I didn't even think about that.

What a good time to be a Lor player, because outside of these 4 Champs the game was perfectly balanced and diverse 

Goodbye, Annie, Bard, Illoi, and Kaisa nobody is going to miss you.

  • Back to Nathria we go - though of course your card doesn't have to be from Nathria if you don't want it to be

Here's the list

1. Bard chimes proc at end of round instead of on draw so you can't play your buffed units till next turn so its not immediate tempo value in what's supposed to be a slow deck.

2. Kaisa evolve plus 1 or 2 keywords, she isn't Evelyn or Gnar she's not designed to level on curve given her current power rating.

We could stop the list there but now we can get into personal preference territory.

1. I'm still of the oppinion that Annie TF is one of the best decks in the game and will explode in winrate once these two changes land ^

2. Illoi similarly might be a bit too consistent, and may become the new Bard after changes.

But thats it from me while there are two champion cards that are busted bonkers broken, and two other champions introduced that are a little over the power curve I can't say that the game is fundamentally unbalanced overall it's pretty good.

Battle of Time Valley

Battle of Time Valley is a custom Hearthstone expansion dealing with Time Travel and the Bronze and Infinite Dragonflight's. The main set is finished, and i am currently working on a mini-set.

Chromie

Chromie can be received for free by logging into Hearthstone before the expansion launches.

Start of Game effects

The main mechanic of this expansion are start of game effects. These effects either require a Deckbuilding restriction or have a unique downside in exchange for powerful effects.

Toki

Toki returns, acting as powerful Mage hero.

Dragons

And of course since we're dealing with the Dragonflights Dragons most definitely will be receiving new powerful cards and synergies

its no secret that Kaisa and Bard are essentially tied for both best champions

So which do you hate the most, big board and high tempo followers, or small followers and big tempo champion?

Honestly i still think this is the most fun you can have in LoR right now, beyond these two big perpetrators ^ the win rates are exceptionally balanced

And I can run my brews and hit 6 wins in row with decks like Lurk, Deep, and Ramp.

But these matchups remain problematic and you just have to accept that sometimes when you que in you will get blown up.

If you accept that you're at a disadvantage being off meta you'll have a great time

and it's better then last season where I just saw the same 3 decks over and over again, here we have a great deal of diversity outside of Bard.

Competition Theme: Absolute Unit

These cards left a Colossal impact, so it's time for an equally massive send-off!

• You must create a Colossal minion
  • Like the Legendaries from Sunken City, of course - though yours don't need to be either, merely Colossal in their own right!

Wailor isn't ready to say goodbye to the last expansion, so let's give it one last send-off as we usher in Castle Nathria!

Some guy over on hearthcards is making a fan expansion featuring the Hearthcard creators it's just got warrior and Paladin so far but they seem to be doing one a day. I also think he's doing 3 legendaries per class for the creators and there like 2 spots on warlock that are still open it seems. Figured I'd let you guys know incase you wanted to see if you could get a spot or just check it out. 

"OKTake Three" is the main card and then the others are "BEHSU Paladin/Warrior set" acordingly.

Hey all, since this is the second day of the new expansion, most of us probably opened their packs and I wonder how did it go for you?

I was able to open 120 packs (13 free + 107 w/gold) and get 8 non-golden legendaries:

Kryxis the Voracious

Kael'thas Sinstrider

The Stonewright

Kel'Thuzad, the Inevitable

Lady Darkvein

Artificer Xy'mox

Theotar, the Mad Duke

Orion, Mansion Manager

The first two were from the free packs. Other than that I got diamond Murloc Holmes from paid RT and The Countess as the lvl 20 reward, which, along with other two free legendaries (Prince Renathal and Sire Denathrius), puts me to 12 total. I´m missing only 5 epics from the set. This is one of my best pack openings afaik. I got both mage legendaries, which I wanted, so I was pretty lucky I guess.

As the title says: I just hit the rank 1000 floor and my reward chest had 3 coin drops instead of 5. What BS is this?

My money is on the Fae.  Now druids don't generally feel like the "cold-blooded killer" type, but they have plenty of access to plant-based poisons and I think the Court is taking the anima situation very seriously.
