I put this in my Broomlock.
Funny to see players inefficiently clear this b/c of the early damage it poses.
I played against a mage deck yesterday that actually had this in it... I'm still confused.

Maybe the worst. If you're gonna play a Rager, generally you'll want to put it behind a taunt. When the Rager itself has taunt, that's a bit of a problem.
