Unfortunately I don't think they'll remove the extra choices being a paid benefit (unless they've already said they will and I missed it) since you originally unlocked it by buying enough of that expansions packs then moved to being part of the pass. Fingers crossed I'm wrong though
Compared to the other quests this feels really underwhelming - the rest either win the game or have effects that last the rest of the game. Inner demon + 8 armour doesn't feel on the same level

The horde is also better than the alliance though so not just aggro
