Good card, though being DH I think it would have been nice to have "Outcast: The effect occurs now".

I can see it in a burn or combo Hunter, though there are not enough cards to support this right now. Still 4 stars since the card is good and can see play for the mentioned in wild.

I don't think this will be buffed, the card itself it's just good enough. Too bad it doesn't have a minion type for menagerie warrior.

The effect is good, but it so not feels as Legendary as other abilities. Could have been a bit more expensive epic card.
