I think this is going to be really strong, 3 mana 3/2 are good weapons in all cards nowadays, and DH has more agression than others.
And this is not even counting the outcast, I think this will be really strong specially against other aggro decks.

I don't think this is bad, but there are way better options for gaining damage.

The card is good, but what makes it really good are the amount of 1 mana cards with outcats DH has.
Specially all the draw options.

DH already has good draw, this is a good card but I don't know if it'll replace the other card draw options.

I think this is a great option for a DH control which I always wanted to make.
You can erase swarm boards or just remove 1 threat, nowadays good 1 mana removals deal 3 damage, but in DH you can always face something with 1 attack.

I don't see a place for this in the current meta, even with the new cards. Also can't see this in wild, big priest wants cheap spells to bring big minions to revive.

I has high health, aside from that I don't think this is a good card or that it will se play.
Most of the time you play only 1 spell besides a minion, and paying 3 for a 2/5 and reducing 1 cost 1 random card feels kinda weak.

Yes, and this can all even be played in pure paladdin.

Support for big druid is good, not sure if it'll see play though.
Also I'm not sure if anything can be done currently in standard to use its Elemental type in druid.

Always loved Valeera the Hollow battlecry because it wasn't only that it protected you, but stealthing your hero was really good flavor for the rogue class.
