Are you drawing a soul fragment when it doesn't work or is it just a normal draw?
No no, it's not about the soul fragments (if I draw any, I just heal and draw another card) - the weapon (Marrowslicer) does not get discounted to 1 and stays 4 mana, even tho it should cost 1 mana (it happen twice already).
Talking about bug fixes - I am pretty sure this one was spotted before, but somehow I have missed it and since I notice it twice already, I am pretty sure it's there (BUT it does not appear every time you do this, sometimes it is discounted to 1):
- Playing Skull of Gul'dan with an Outcast active doesn't discount the 4 mana 4/2 DH weapon that puts 2 soul fragments in your deck. It discounts the other 2 cards you draw, but this one stays 4 mana and you lose 4 mana when you play it (so it's not just a graphical bug).
The fact that this is neutral and cheap is what makes it intriguing for me. There was a time where zoo decks included STV Tiger as top end of the deck and finisher. And zoo like minions that generate more minions. And everyone has stealth nowadays can be a big bonus.
As Quest warrior back in the Year of the Raven I would have loved to have a Taunt generating card like this. But right now - I will pass even if I ever go play wild.
Remember Small-Time Buccaneer? He used to have 2 Health, and was then nerfed. This is pre-nerf Small-Time Buccaneer that's easier for most decks to activate. It not being a Pirate is a small price to pay. Really good card.

Crazy artwork. I like it. But I doubt it will find a place in a murloc deck. Too expensive for what it does. The murloc that gives poisonous is just better if you are looking to remove big taunt cheap and push more face dmg.
It dilutes the Demon pool (if you are looking to discover a demon / summon random demon), but other than that - some zoo / hyper aggro / + some buffs shenanigans may like that. Just to smorc you before t5 I think.
I like this ability, but I fail to understand how this is OP - opponent can still use board clears on your weak zoo minions. Or he can just target this one first - 4 hp is not hard to kill and then go after the rest of your board with spells and hero powers. Or just use board clear. Or just Zephry's.

This can be actually a viable card in some standard decks, especially ones that want to hero power a lot in the early game. And has synergie with the new "croc" guy on 2 - drawing you a card in addition to using your hero power and droping 2/3 body on t2.

Hard on RNG and never hitting the brakes. I guess this card doesn't surprise me.

So many good cards are being introduced in this expansion. And nothing is rotating. I doubt this will find a spot in any deck.
Deathrattle shenanigans for a lot of classes. And 7-drops are nice (most of them have high stats too).
I hope Arena matches won't get decided by how many of those everyone has in their decks.

Aggro is getting even more aggressive? Control is getting sick value/discover cards and Combo is just all over the place...
