Spellburst support. But if you want to trigger your spellburst - I guess there are more suitable cards for every class. I am not convinced by this one.
I don't think this is that strong tho - unless you are searching for an answers to the board / potential lethals... but still I doubt it. Not in rogue.
Interesting. What will happen if 2 cards got the same cost? Which one will be on top?
I can definitely see it being experimented with. But high ranked worthy? Dunno. Usually we (myself included) whine - too much RNG. Now with this card, you can actually take a lot of the RNG away. But does it do any good? Do you want to draw your highest cost cards first?
I guess yes, if you are a Rogue with fully charged Galakrond or the wand from Toggwaggle. But other than that? Maybe for Quest warlock, once you complete your quest - that means every 2nd draw will be a high cost card that now cost 0, but I am not even sure. What about Zoo decks looking to go to late game - will you play this on t4?
There are so many situations, where this card can be considered, but will it make the cut?
Elven archer that can return to your hand, if you have enough spells. I doubt it will make any difference tho - the divine shield augmerchant is way better in my opinion, cuz of the flexibility you have.
I think, this one will find a spot in some constructed decks in standard. It's a proactive Greenskin and who doesn't like big weapons with sweet effects :).
It needs a strong deck building around this legendary. Oh, I miss the old Cubelock days. Maybe locks are getting some strong big demons this patch? It would even fit the Scholomance-theme.
I like that this is for locks as well. They had their fair share of "outcast" mechanics before, so it will fit them nicely. Now the question is - which demons are worth copying. Any good legendaries? - the prime maybe?
Messing with your opponent's combo with cards like Dirty rat, Hecklebot or Demonic project is one thing, but this one is on a whole new level.
Making your opponent lose more than half of his hand and thus limiting his options going in to mid to late game while you recharge your hand is like a game winning move right there for the aggro deck (is there other type of DH deck?). And we all know the Outcast-condition is not that hard to meet for the DH.
I wonder why you will ever print this in the current version. Only 4 cards left in hand? C'mon.
I am always up to experimenting with totem shaman. It's a nice board refill in the mid to late game. They are pushing the archetype unusually hard with this card.
And he kinda reminds me of the big giant teacher in Harry Potter, so it fits the theme they wanna have for their version of Scholomance, I guess.
I think both classes have enough other weapons, that are kinda better in every way, except the spell burst thingie. So, you kinda need to utilize this effect to even consider putting this weapon in your constructed deck. And I think it's hard to see this work except in maybe some sort of pure pala deck, where you cast your big libram/ +4/+4 + divine shiel buff spell. But it's questionable at the very least.
+ spell damage was never a thing (except the old freeze mage back in the days). This card needs a lot of support and kinda time on board to shine. I am not conviced it will have it late game (even with 8hp). But I like the flavor and I hope someone tries and make this one work.
Nice one against those pesky aggro decks. Even just as a 4 drop to slow down the beating you are taking. But if can utilize the spellburst too - even better :).
Those cards that can be reduced to 0 cost are always tricky to balance around - one wrong move and you have an OP card that comes on t3/t4. I wonder how this one will unfold.
I wasn't expecting them to go hard on the dual class thing, but I must say - this legendary is really nice and yes, while it favors zoo/lackey/egg type warlocks, I thing priest and his deathrattle reborn shenanigans can also maybe find a use for it.
The stats are also nice for the mana cost. Not too expensive legendary.
And a bit darker theme, not that wacky like KT for example.
Scrying in HS - I like it.
You can kinda rearrange your deck with the last 2 neutral legendaries. Which can be powerful, I guess. Or at least - experiment-worthy.

They are getting wacky on the ideas. I like it.

I want to watch the "shoe eating"!
What's up with DH manipulating their opponents hand? I hate this one already.
I have just one question: is the silence going to occur first or the actual attack i.e. can it kill a buffed to 3/2 Battlefiend without dying itself?

Some sort of wacky board clear, I guess. Or maybe they will give us some rush minions that has cool effects to combine with this one?

This is very strong and I hope it doesn't make DH sole Tier 1 deck again.
