  • 1500 at the moment. And a Master Card... 😬

  • I crafted Prince Keleseth, Prince Taldaram and Prince Valanar Golden...

     Because Royalty deserves Bling.

Also I have double Renounce Darkness in Gold. Reasons...

  • Murloc Shaman is disgusting....

    And I love it.... 😊

  • On the subject of the card itself, no one played Ram Wrangler and that was a slightly better version of this. True, it wasn't Neutral but if you really need random Beasts in your life then Exotic Mountseller is a waaaay better choice. Cheaper to craft too..

  • Those of you saying to DE Wild Cards because you'll never play it are making a huge mistake. If you are F2P you should never DE anything. Ever.

Think of it like this. If you DE every Standard Card that rotates you'll never be able to play Wild. At all. You can play Wild on an ultra small budget and, until around Rank 10 anyway, face a far larger variety of Decks. After Rank 10 its all Uber Aggro and Big Priest, but that's another story.

I'm lucky, I have a damn near complete Collection, missing 5 Legendaries and 4 Epics, but even then its hard to stick to just Standard or just Wild. I'd strongly recommend Wild. It's great fun and a good way to get your Ranked Chest every month.

This card is offensively bad for an epi

A lot of Epics are trash. Biteweed, Forbidden Ancient, Glacial Mysteries (one of the very worst cards in the game), there's more. Just because it's an Epic doesn't make it good..

  • I have a niche tattoo. It's not Hearthstone related but its the Prime Helix from the 40k Universe.

I have often considered getting a Leper Gnome tattoo or a Gnomeferatu tattoo on my shoulder though. I'm getting another for my birthday in a couple of weeks. So that just might be it.... 🤔

  • Has anyone tried her out in a Miracle Druid? Loads of cheap spells and combined with something Mecha'thun or even Chef Nomi it might be a good addition? Play Exotic Mountseller Next turn drop a Gadgetzan Auctioneer play a load of cheap spells and profit?

I mean, if you are playing in Wild it might be even better. Play Emperor Thaurissan when you have Loatheb and Chef Nomi in hand and you can play Nomi after dropping Loatheb for extra protection against board clears.

And that's after spamming a load of 3 Mana Beasts during your Miracle Turns.

I might have a go at that actually, 🤔

  • Nothing of note really....

Although I do tend to have something else on in the background, thus not giving Hearthstone my full attention. Which is out of character for me. Mind you, I don't get salty over Ropers or those that seem to waste time. Mostly because I'm watching Evangellion or Attack On Titan or some such.

Either that or I'm reading a book. I'm halfway through a massive HP Lovecraft Tome at the moment.

  • Sooooo.... A prominent Streamer posts a list of cheap decks that help debunk the notion that Wild is expensive to play, and helps push the New Website to his viewers and that's a bad thing? What kind of an idiot are you dude?

Not everything is a conspiracy by the way.

Playing budget murloc shaman in wild, when in wild it has access to awesome murloc legendaries.

I know the goal here is winning on a budget. But it won't be as fun without ol' murk eye.

Old Murk-Eye is fun and all, but Finja, the Flying Star is where my money is at. I play them both in my Anyfin Paladin deck and it's hilarious.

These budget decks are super good though, I'm especially interested in the Mech Hunter. As I'm not really playing Standard this season and I'm at Rank 15 Wild then I can see myself trying these out.

     Nice job Regis!

Rakano aggro is still an effective budget deck ... as you get higher in the ladder ranks, you'd need a fair number of rares, but you can do it without legendaries. Token decks aren't a huge thing these days, but Grenadin drone still sees play in some decks.

Ahhhh. Ok then. So what sets would I need to buy into to catch up a little? And what sets do I need to avoid?

  • You know what? I used to play this a few years ago and I kinda dropped out. I couldn't afford Hearthstone and this. But seeing as I have a near complete Hearthstone collection now, I might come back into it. Do the old decks still work? I'm thinking Drone Decks and Pantsless Rakano... 🤔

  • What happened to Flux is shocking, but as I don't really frequent Hearthpwn anymore (aside from checking out decklists) I could not comment on the way the new owners are being treated. But if people are going over there just to troll and piss people off then thats low.

If you don't like Hearthpwn that's cool. But don't waste your time slagging it off. Let the new owners get thier feet under the table. Sheesh....

  • "A recent example of un-interactive gameplay: Baku Rogue v. Baku Warrior
    - There was almost no way for Baku Rogue to out damage the hero power of Baku Warrior. And since the most impactful thing Warrior could do on most turns was to hit the hero power button, and the game doesn't provide a way to interact with hero powers, the game was not very interactive"

There are ways to interact with the Hero Power though. Sideshow Spelleater is one and that dude with the mad Yu-gi-oh Hair that stops your Hero Powers from working.

I wish Blizzard would release more cards like that, and Sir Finley Mrrgglton of course. But that's allowing you to choose a new Hero Power rather than interacting. Potato Potatoe.

  • As title. I haven't tried it yet but after some furious Theory Crafting at work during my lunch break I'm looking forward to trying it now...

    Thoughts?

  • "Oh, Hi Bark"

Just because I love 'The Room'

  • It's a thing? I beat up a couple of Pogo Rogues last night with a Standard Darkest Hour Warlock.... Only at Rank 18 to be fair, but the deck is the same.

  • How about bringing back exact copies of the Minion that died? So for instance, if you get a Lich King down to 1 Health when it dies, that's how it comes back. Still annoying, but a damn sight easier to deal with.

  • Anyone that plays Coldlight Oracle Fatigue Rogue deserves a special place in Hell. If I'm playing anything other than a Hyper Aggro Deck and I see that sucker drop on Turn 2 followed by Shadowstep i concede instantly.

Because sitting there whilst I helplessly watch my Cards burn with every "Mrggl Mrgl Mrgl!" is not my idea of a good time.
