That is just how T5 balances stuff. They would rather have their new class be OP and see play than weak and see no play. I think they have also stated it is easier to nerf things then it is to buff?
In Wild Shaman can already lock their opponent out of the game by freezing the board and making spells cost 10+ mana with Shudderwock, so you won't have to worry about not being able to play when going against Shaman because you already can't play lol
I don't think its weak, just mediocre. It only has one niche compared to other Warlock removal options so I think it isn't that good. Then again, I haven't touched standard in a hot minute.
Arson Accusaton loks pretty weak, but it's real strength is that it has a fire tag. It really only has synergy with Multicaster now, but one of the spell schools Warlock "specializes" in is fire, so maybe one day there will be good synergy with it.
Druid has been able to do Linecracker plays for the longest time. What is going to happen is people will start to run Mecha'thun alongside their Jailer/Bolfs, just like what Linecracker Druid used to do.
I am at 15k, which until I saw this thread I thought was pretty good for someone who only plays ranked lol. Since we are on the topic of bragging, I want to show off my 14 win streak that was ended by my love for greedy hands and my own unlucky (and greedy) Dirty Rat against a Dude Pally:
Oh, I am so glad. It was always so annoying to use a handtrap on an opponents choke point just for them to throw out Halqi and still end up on some negates.
Wildheart Guff certainly needed a nerf for Standard, but now it is very weak in Wild. I can imagine he will get reverted back in one way or another when he rotates out. Hopefully they will cap his mana crystals to 15 when it happens to make his abilities somewhat balanced.
Now really weak in wild?? He has literally been in every competitive Druid deck since his release (not a hyperbole either). Druids went from having 30-ish cards slots, to 29 when he was released. The absolute slap on the wrist this nerf was is not going to change that.
As someone who just bought and started Elden Ring yesterday, that sounds extremely difficult D:
The issue isn't that fighting a bow is hard, but that damage costs runes and thus you can't level up through playing normally. Also, when I fight Godrick I do 60 damage per shot using a +4 short bow with normal arrows, Flames Grant Me Strength, and the bow damage talisman. I can get to the second phase easily enough but then Nepheli dies, lol. I imagine I need to get fletched arrows for the fight, but I don't think it is worth the grind.
It is so weird to me that T5 refuses to do anything about ropers. Like, I understand being scared of punishing someone for thinking but there is no way someone is queuing up and roping every single turn of a 10 turn game in all of their games while spamming emotes. Other games allow you to report people for slow play but I don't understand why HS doesn't??

After the meta changed multiple times??? Dude, you can't say you were right when it took three months of balancing for a card to only be at 50%.
Holy smokes, I take a break from Hearthstone for one expansion and there are a billion new things geez
I am surpirsed that Reno's first Constructed hero skin is him as a chef instead of a adventurer lol

It is clear that Mage is the winner of this release, and honestly after the last mini-set they deserve it. That legendary was so bad lol...
Please for the love of all that is good please stop printing new disruption aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
I love Order In The Court, Pure Paladin is starting to get boring, wish they would try something new with Pally.
take my warning and never write shit on the toilet

Oh, I love Perjury. Making people play around a secret that doesn't do anything is so funny to me lmao

I can't figure out pictures and I am too damn lazy to do it anyways

It would be cool if T5 got an actual anime artist to create anime heroes, like how MTG has had anime Planeswalkers.
Oh I am praying that Masterduel follows suit...

Good idea for a nerf though.
