This is going to be bringing back the surge for murloc decks all over the place. The fact that it will ping heroes and minions for each of your cheap murloc's played is just awesome

It's pretty solid if you are able to pair it with a frost effect, but even with a [card]Frost Nova[/card], you're looking at a 2 card combo to do what [card]Flamestrike[/card] does.

This seems lackluster in that it would really require you to be able to dump a spell or two when this is cast in order to benefit from it without it getting silenced or shot down right away. Aren't those …

They delay effect gives your opponent a turn to hold back... but that is pretty solid especially for a 0 cost spell

The battlecry may make it more viable in constructed formats. However the cost with the ability will keep this mostly an Arena card.

Cool concept... I'm kinda glad that this isn't announcing that other card are getting this treatment in card packs or through dust. That would honestly be just a straight up money grab. But limiting the number of them is pretty …

Nice spot removal for control variants that rely on waiting for your deck to be low. Could also be good for 'late' game zoo when you've drawn your deck low.
